      Same here. Contacted the customer service and was asked to provide a screenshot of the offer to the chat script after the script is sent to the linked email address.

      Go to Account, Communication Preferences, then last section Promotions and Surveys.

      Then it's the second one, General Email Promotions.

          Just be prepared to get a ton of eBay suggestions via email based on your browsing, but it's the only way to get these targeted offers.

    I contacted Chat and there is a glitch that they are fixing - they told me a new email will be sent once they have resolved the issue.

      I'd love to see that. I've also got my second one that didn't work.

      Edit: I just contacted them (again) by the online chat and I received a very quick reply to say it's a known issue and they've escalated it to the team in question who looks after the communications. They will be sending out updated comms once the issue has been 'resolved'.

        I just received a response from them re the second email, they advised that I can still list the good and if I get charged with 100%, contact them again and they will refund 75%. Tempted but I might wait for "third time lucky"

      I can confirm, too. I went into my Seller account and at the bottom of the page is a list of offers available and this one had a 'Get Offer' button next to it. When I clicked on it this time it went through. Time to go listing!

    Just a note on the way it works: the 'Used' counter in the Promotional Offers box for this one won't tick over until items are actually sold. This is different to some previous promotions where the counter will increase for each item you list. I was concerned when I saw that as I listed items the 'Used' count wasn't changing so I contacted eBay chat and they confirmed that it will only go up as items are sold.

      Good to know. I held back on my listings (last minute tonight) because the counter wasn't changing…thought the offer might be broken still.
