If you missed the last deals don’t fret. We have these units back in stock, however this time the laptops come with small cosmetic issue being damage to the lan port cover. “Lan port cover damage” but note that this DOES NOT affect LAN port operability.

          Imagine it's one of those where you pull down the plastic to insert the plug. Might've been a manufacturing defect where they were either missing a tab or warped in some way? Just guessing here, as the OP hasn't replied.

    I use this laptop at work. I hate it very much. It keeps crushing when using Excel due to video card shared ram issue causing windows crush. IT couldn’t fix it still. Other than that, it works okay.

    Unfortunately, bought one on 13th. Delivered yesterday DOA and with badly marked screen-that wasn't mentioned in the item description I read. Also enclosed was a letter which stated:
    "if you have any issues, Please refrain from open return requests using eBay." Maybe it's due to my paranoia but, the item is being returned for refund via eBay. I decided on a refund instead of a replacement as the condition and feel of the laptop I received did not inspire confidence that I would get one as advertised. Hope others were more successful with their purchase.

      I received mine and it works fine, but has an additional cosmetic issue that was not addressed in the advertisement. I've contacted the seller through eBay and they have responded almost immediately.

      Sellers history on Ozbargain seems good, so I'm sure you will be taken care of.
