    Great prices there WatchNerd :).

Love the designs of the 2nd and 3rd, especially the 2nd :).

    • +2

That 2nd one, the $299 CA0650-82M is here for $750!

      • +2

S***, and Graham's prices are the normal retail prices! it pays to be an ozbargainer :).

        • +2

          Absolutely.

  • +6

Thanks for the deals as always.

  • +5

The CA4210-59E price $159.00 delivered is seriously low. It is currently listed by Citizen Australia for $499.00 which is also the price at Salera's.

    • +2

Hi PJC, help me decide between No. 1 or No. 3 please. Which one would you get if you were to buy for yourself? Cheers :)

      • +3

I would choose No. 3 because it is a solar-powered undoubtedly masculine dress watch featuring sapphire crystal. Had this price been available then, it would have been a star attraction in my recent SEIKO deal.

        • +1

          Here it is for $525.00.

        • @PJC: Thanks PJC, took your advise. Much appreciated. I got one for myself. Many thanks to you and to WatchNerd too. I will update if this has a notification led light or not :)
Have a cracking good Easter. Cheers

        • +1

@Smokey010: Good move. Best wishes to you!

        • @PJC: Would have gotten one myself.. Soldout :[

I did not think I was going to buy a watch tonight but it just happened, and I am stoked! Thank you WatchNerd, I'm the proud owner of a citizen eco-drive finally :)

    • +1

Congrats, which one? Looking forward to your review when you get it.

      • +3

Ended up getting the CA4210-59E, really liked the face, will give a review when I get it, thanks!

        • Heads up if you didn't know - it looks like its based on a German flieger B-uhr (Type B). Hopefully you don't go down the rabbit hole like I did and end up spending stupid amounts on similar watches…

      • +1

Got my watch today, such fast delivery! Fits so well on my arm and looks amazing, thank you for pointing it out WatchNerd! Such a great deal

      • +4

        Done!

      • +1

Yeah I'm thinking of the Seiko for me Dad, too. It'd make a great gift.

        • So upvote means go for it?

  • +1

just bought Seiko, looks nice and good price
    Thanks Watchnerd

  • +1

Ulala.. spending and another.. starting to rationalise myself now.. especially last couple of weeks.. damn you too! thanks for sharing though 🐣 HAPPY EASTER!!

  • +2

Solid selection here tonight WatcherNerd, well done.

The second one will go nice with brown leather band if you are into mix and match.

  • +1

Some lovely watches, can I justify the $299 spend though? And what happens to my Mi Band 2?! (also an Ozbargain special)

    • +4

By the power vested in me it is my solemn duty to hereby absolve you of all blame and any residual guilt concerning the essential acquisition of this premium exquisite Citizen Eco-Drive Titanium Chronograph Blue CA0650-82M featuring sapphire glass offered at $750 here.

      • +1

        Oh Father, you rock 🤘

        • +1

          And roll. Amen.

    • Wear your MiBand 2 on your other wrist! Or your ankles!

  • +1

Can anyone give me some input on the difference between the SNE395P-9 and the
SNE395? From the pictures and specifications that I can find they seem to be identical, and the latter is offered at 89USD at this site:

    https://www.certifiedwatchstore.com/seiko-le-grand-sport-blu…

This site does not ship to Australia, but I can find the SNE395 cheaper than 199$ on other sites. Just curious as to what the difference might be.

    • +2

You can't place your foot in the same river twice. Online watch prices and stock levels rise and fall frequently. Last week I found no adequate price reduction with stock for this model. Although Certified's website only ships to USA and Canada, curiously their eBay store willingly ships to Australia from USA and currently this model is a bit cheaper than StarBuy if you don't mind waiting.

There is no definitive guide to Seiko model numbers, not even on Watchuseek. Here their Member shellerik postulates …

The suffix has some meaning (J1/K2/P9/etc) … to distinguish between variations in the strap.

… which I suggest is relevant as specifications indicate StarBuy's SNE395P-9 clasp is push-button buckle and Certified Watch Store's SNE-395 clasp is Fold Over.

You may be aware one may pick up watches at StarBuy's office at Pitt Street, Sydney; I have done so 3 times.

  • Another Seiko added to the collection. Thanks OP

  • Don't know much about watches. What are the key things that distinguish no. 2 and no. 3 (apart from the chronograph function)?

    • +1

Would like to know as well. There are different brands so that may also vary the price a bit?

    • +3

Not only are chronographs usually more expensive, but this one features sapphire glass and high quality titanium case and bracelet. Titanium is more expensive than stainless steel and is lighter and stronger.

    • +3

2 is made of titanium. 3 is stainless steel.

  • I really don't need another watch. At this point I'm pretty much chasing down different combinations of features in Citizens and Seikos…

  • Hoping there's a deal on the BM8180-03E in the future.

  • Jeez.. not sure which one to buy hmmmm, which one is the best value??

    • If you deem best value to be the greatest discount off RRP, then Option 1 is the best value at nearly 70% off RRP

      • I went the first one - bit of a sucker for chronos. I do like the second Citizen but that extra $140 was a bit of a showstopper (that titanium, tho…). The Seiko doesn't quite do it for me, I like my watch faces a bit fussier, but would also be a solid choice.

        • Yeah I was wondering how much the titanium might be worth… $140?? I dunno but I did like that face better (the first one's face just look a bit cheaper overall to me)

  • -1

'OZNERD' coupon code is not valid :/

    • Ok, so there is a specific code for each watch, not just the code in the 'coupon code' box at the top of the page. Thanks

  • +1

Can highly recommend the Citizen Super Titanium models, I've worn the CA4010-58A daily for years and it still looks brand new.

    • +1

I have a CB0140-58E from an Ozbargain 7 months ago and yeah, the titanium is nice, the watch is surprisingly light for its size. It's always a bit of a shock to go to my Seiko Recraft SNKP23 which in stainless steel is really noticeably heavier.

  • Debating on this or the automatic Invicta and mod it

    • Hard to compare them really - different sizes for starters & these are solar quartz watches, the Invicta's with the Seiko auto movement won't be as accurate, but you don't buy an auto watch for that. They are also 200M dive watches with a screw down crown.

You need to figure out what you want in a watch first.

  • I have a few watches but would like to get a thin watch. They seem hard to find decent one at a sub $200 price. Something 6-8mm thick.
    Ideas?

  • Code not valid for the Citizen titanium?

    • See my post above. Took me a while as well.

  • +2

What I find annoying about buying watches online is the lack of dimensional accuracy and clarity in the watch specifications. The design may be quite appealing, but if the watch diameter/size is too small, its a deal breaker for me.

Some traders include the crown and others don't. This makes a huge difference. The specs are usually a copy and paste from another source and if I can't ascertain the actual size, there is no sale.

  • The Seiko watches by this seller are cased in China Not Japan.

    • +2

Nobody is claiming that Seiko watches sold by Starbuy are cased in Japan. The one in this post would be cased in a Seiko factory somewhere in the world other than Japan to keep costs down and it comes with a 3 year Australian manufacturers warranty.

  • Took the winder off my watch while using angle grinder a while back. Starting to lose time so this came along at just the right time. No 1 for me. Hopefully it looks as I imagine.

  • +1

    Thanks man! bought one

  • Watch noob here… I really like the CA0650-82M but not sure if it will look too big on my skinny chicken wrists. I've measured my wrists and they are 17cm which from what I've read is not too small but look tiny due to my long forearms.

Any watch guru's could give me some insight?

    • CA0650 is not too big, but decent size. Thing I didn't like is the band - titanium is unpolished on the inside, and feels rough on the skin.

  • +4

After owning the same Seiko for near 40 years, decided time to get a new one. Considering the CA0650-82M, SARB033 or the SNE395P-9. Tested on wrist, saw colours in real lighting, checked out that Starbuy is a legit retail site for the companies. Just on taste, finally decided on the SNE….but DIDN'T CHECK OzB yesterday of all days, and now sold out! Back to the cave I go for another 40 yrs.

    • Hahah same. Finally decided on the SNE395P-9 just to see that it's sold out. OP needs to bring this one back for another deal

      • Went on their eBay site - still there, but at $399.?! So much for 'sold out'.

        • Considering it's Easter, they probably haven't been able to update stock on their eBay page yet. Anyway, I've been down the watch rabbit hole and have moved on from this watch and finding another one. I now prefer a watch that is +-15 sec/year (HAQ watch) as opposed to +-15 sec/month.

  • +1

    Nice deal OP 👍👍👍

Any chance you can do same deal for CA4210-16E? I prefer the leather band than the stainless one.

  • +1

    Thanks Watchnerd, really great deals!
Too bad I don't have enough funds, really liking the 1st one!

  • +1

    Great offers WatchNerd!
Do you think we can arrange deal for the CA0650-82F given the CA0650-82M is sold out?

    • +1

Yes, that is No. 79 at 100 CITIZEN Eco-Drive Watches

      • Thanks PJC! I am hoping that there will be another coupon so that it comes down the $299 delivered like the CA0650-82M.

  • The 'OZNERD' code isn't working for me - is the deal over now?

    • For the CA4210-59E, that is.

  • +1

Can we get a new code for the CA4210-59E
I’m dying to get this watch
