        There are two differences:

        1) yes the EE SIM supports hotspottong and tethering and the three aio15 does not.

        2) all our customers love the EE SIM as it is really really fast in Europe. If your travelling exclusively to Europe and only need 5Gb this is the fastest SIM. We will be offering top ups tomorrow :)

          I will be in Europe for 5.5 Weeks - I assume the recharge voucher will refresh the Sim to be able to be used for the remaining 1.5 weeks that i am there, and also load up another 12GB of data?

          If i were to recharge the Sim with the voucher on day 1, will it give me a total of 24GB of data for 2 months, or does the data and 1 month not roll over?

          Had no response on here so emailed them and was told that you can buy the recharge at the same time by putting a random number in the box where you have to put in your 3UK number and tell them that you want the recharge to go with your new SIM that you're ordering. They will then fill in the correct number for you when they send it out. Does that make sense? Bit weird and I'm not sure if I want to do this in case things go wrong. I leave on my trip in 3 weeks. I'm thinking it might just be easier to buy a SIM when I get there. Did that last year through Vodafone and it was quite cheap.

    Just got back from Europe. Used the 3 sim card. Good value overall.

    Was having a hard time using mobile data in Disneyland Paris and Versailles palace. I think it's due to overcrowding.

    Usage in London was excellent. Got 4G speed. However there is no reception in the tunnels. You can apply for the free wifi.

    Do any of your sims offer both tethering support and some included calls? If not, I guess the data/tethering sims are the way to go as I can just use whatsapp calls.

    I'm planning a trip to Europe for a month with the wife later this year so we'll both need sim cards - we are relatively heavy on data and don't want to run the risk of not having enough, so two Three AIO 20 seems to be the way to go, or maybe one Three AIO 20 and also one of the Three Internet with Legs so that I can tether?

    We are planning to visit France, Germany, Spain, Italy (ie touristy stuff) - I presume Three has decent coverage?

    I ordered New Zealand sim cards in Feb and I still haven't received it. The delivery should be in 1-4 days. However, they took 3 weeks to mark it has been shipped in March.

    I opened a case with PayPal and was waiting for a response.

      To answer your questions:

      1) three has great coverage and partnerships access the EU. the only issue is that 4G is guaranteed in the UK and in limited parts of Europe. However, this is not an issue because the 3.5G or H + speeds in Europe are quite fast more than enough for heavy data usages. Their 3G and 3.5G speeds in Europe isn't comparable to Australia.

      Regarding the EE SIM, EE is essentially then"Telstra" of the UK, their EU roaming partnerships are guaranteed 4G speeds in all of the European union. Hands down EE has the best speeds for Europe.
