        • @superjquando: I was just about to update that I just did the same. Score! Upgrade the data allowance for the Mrs and she's happy!

        • @superjquando: thanks Mate. Will give them a call and check.
Btw do we know for how long this
          deal wilL be running ?

        • @Jsuvidh26: according to this post, it says ends on 30th

        • I rang Kogan Mobile and they processed the refund through for me as well.

      • I lodged an online ticket and ws told:

"In this case, I would recommend you to contact Kogan Mobile on 1300 056 426 (1300 KOGAN) 7 days a week between 8am to 8pm AEST."

So I'll try that today. Kogan's returns policy suggest I can get store credit for it though.

        https://www.kogan.com/au/returns-policy/

        • They will refund it right back to your credit card, they said it will be done in around 7 working days

Code is PICKSMITH not medium large etc

    • +2

the code is PICKSMITH as shown in the OP

"Kogan Mobile Prepaid Voucher Code:" is the name of the listing lol

  • +1

Fantastic timing my current Kogan voucher is about to expire in 2 days, thanks OP!

  • Can I dumped my tpg adsp for this instead? I don't think I consumed 20gb in a month.

Is this comparable to tpg ADSL speed for home use? Then maybe tether

    • I use 20gb in a single day, sometime more than that using my adsl 😀
r u sure your monthly adsl usage is not more than 20gb?

      • Yes. We do not use it watched Ng movies. Use it watching Ng short clips and videos only

  • do i need to buy a Kogan sim card to active the service? or you will post it? include sim card?

    • They will post one to you.

  • +1

I already have a kogan plan but it is running out in a week. Can i buy this and still keep my old number?

    • Yep surecan

  • Thanks OP purchased. Basically got an extra month free from last month when their sim 1 month plan was $1.00. This will just add to it next month.

    • Make sure you recharge the 365 before 31/07 though

  • Perfect timing as Virgin are leaving and are wanting me to recontract to Optus for$30 per month with only 15 gb

  • great deal cheers op

  • My daughter last year recharged Lebara $180 plan finish at 12/08. Will wasted 12 days if I buy this. Any opinions?

  • Thanks OP. Are people getting the code emailed to them, or will it arrive in the mail with the sim card?

    • +1

From previous experience with month plans, it gets emailed within few minutes

      • Thanks for the reply. That's my experience too, but I've yet to receive an email. Guess I'll just wait and see.

      • I didn't get n email but when I login to my kogan account and check the order. Beneath the sim card item in your order it should say
"Voucher sent" followed by a code. Use this to activate

  • FFS. For those who recently purchased one of the above plans at a higher price, were you able to get Kogan to refund the difference?

    • +1

Sent an email..still waiting for their reply

      • Read my reply above. But yes, I was offered a full refund!!

  • My current prepaid Kogan plan expires in November if I were to buy this voucher now and use it will it activate from today or when my current plan expires ?

    • It will activate as soon as you activate it. You can activate the new 365 voucher any time until the end of July, and at that point you will forfeit any remaining time on your existing recharge.

      • shouldn't you get a prorata credit on your remaining old plan ?

        • +1

Some people are reporting that Kogan will refund you pro-rata for your existing recharge if you upgrade to a higher plan. I believe this is something you would need to call them to negotiate in person, not an automatic thing.

  • Damm. Purchased the same voucher last week from kogan's website thinking its 30% off. And now looking at this deal with further discounted rates. Wish i could return/refund that one and buy this one.

    • Yeah same here I bought it over a week ago and now it's like 30 dollars cheaper. I doubt will be able to get a refund on the difference tho.

      • +1

It's like buying Bitcoin at $25,000.

Update I called Kogan this morning and after spending about 20 mins on the phone and even telling them about this offer etc they came back to me saying they couldn't do anything. Basically said I would forfeit my current plan that's only been active for 2 weeks. I explained that my lebara plan ran out and I switched over to kogan with this 1 year plan and needed to have the credit activated in order to make calls. After putting me on hold and even verifying this deal they kept saying sorry sorry sorry but we can't help you. Absolutely hopeless service if you ask me. I said I wanted to either upgrade my plan and pay the difference or get a 30 dollar refund on the amount I paid but nothing could be done.

    • Lucky I procrastina….hangon, I'll finish this later…

  • Ughhhh…. i bought the Catch Connect three days ago. :(

    • Thanks.
Speed is one thing, but useless if there is no coverage.
Check the coverage map on the link you posted. Voda looks terrible for anyone outside of major metro regions. QLD coast in particular.
I was literally about to buy two sims until I saw this.

  • Can anyone confirm if a Sim is automatically sent with the voucher or do you have to pay an additional
    $2 from the website?

    • +1

yes sim is automatically sent free

  • I just went to buy this deal and it's $315, is there something else I need to do to get a further discount or have I missued the original deal?

    • You need to enter the coupon code "PICKSMITH" at the checkout :)

  • After you buy it, how long does it take to get the voucher code? our existing one is expiring today

    • I received mine just over 2 hours after I bought it.

  • Hi …..Can any current Kogan users confirm if a usage facility is available via their online customer account login?
I want to be able to monitor my usage as offered on some other telco's !
    Thanx for any feedback.

    • +1

They have a Kogan mobile app with real time data usage!

  • Anybody know when the 20% off expires?

Also how long typically would it take to port over from Jeenee (Optus Network)?

    • From me, last year, it took 40minutes for me to be ported over from OPTUS to Kogan! I believe this deal ends on 30th

      • Thank you for your quick response.
Is the time port over from the same from any wholesaler from Optus?

I need this for my Daughter who can not be part from here phone or she will melt away……:)

        • From what I remember, it usually takes up to 4 hours. After this time, if the porting is not complete, they suggest you contact them for support. There's more information on Kogan mobile FAQS. I would suggest calling up Kogan mobile and confirm what you need to do to ensure a smooth porting. Ie account names needs to match etc

  • Between Amaysim $10 for 28 days and Kogan 114 for 365 day, in terms of connectivity which one is better?

Also, has anyone ported a number from Amaysim to Kogan? What is the process? Thank you.

  • I bought 3 of these and need a 4th one. When entering in PICKSMITH, I'm getting the error "We ran into a problem. Please try again later." Its been happening since about 1pm today and still again about 8 hours later. Note sure what's happening, as ebay is tracking that there are sales in the past hour.
    Anyone else getting this?
Is there a limit that I don't know about?

    • This is from the t&c. Could it be you hit the limit of 3 transactions?

The total discount is capped at $1000 per transaction. Limit 3 transactions per person during the Offer Period.

      • Haven't hit the discount cap, but probably 3 transactions is it. Thanks @chadiwrx

  • I am getting the error we ran into a problem when I try to apply PICKSMITH. Please help.

    • Are both your Paypal and eBay addresses set to Australia?

      • Not sure about pay pal. But my eBay address is Australian

        • I'm not too sure then, you'll have to just live chat eBay, they'll sort it out

        • @doweyy: is it working for you now. I am using a VISA card to pay and not PayPal

        • @SriramNarayanan:

Yep, working fine for me right now, I believe you need to use Paypal when using an eBay voucher, that might be your issue

        • @doweyy: I just created a paypal account with Australian address linked with NAB DEBIT card and trying to checkout but still doesn’t work

        • @SriramNarayanan: I got one too many vouchers, Did u want 23GB or 16GB or 7GB? pm me if interested

        • @KozieSeller: I need the 16gb one for $203.4

        • @SriramNarayanan: Can you private message me? as I cant pm you

        • @SriramNarayanan: are u interested? it will be done using Paypal & vouchers via pm so u would need pm me 1st

  • What am I doing wrong? Got the 7GB voucher, 365 days, (Kogan customer already), go to account, go to recharge, go to put the voucher code in, and then it goes straight to the credit card payment screen. Anyone have any idea what may be up?

    Cheers

  • Hmm. I had a stored credit card with Kogan. I deleted it and that seemed to work.

  • bought two small plans through ebay early last week, got the voucher for one of them, the other voucher code didnt get.
Kogan don't have a phone number to even call, so opened a support ticket, and still waiting.
    anyone has the same issues?

  • How is one to redeem this offer without a SIM card before the 31st?

    • What do you mean? It won't take a whole month to get a SIM card to get to your place so it will be fine

  • Does anyone know whether you can transfer your old number through this plan?

  • Can someone comfirm if I used up the monthly data, no more internet for the rest of the month?

  • Purchased. Thanks

  • Looks like it's no longer available (all packages have been pulled).

    • +1

I bought one too many vouchers, due to my impulse purchasing lol. If you or Anyone is interested please PM, I got spare 3GB 365Day vouchers
