[Refurbished] Sony 65" KD65A9F A9F Master Series OLED TV $4249.30 Delivered @ Sony eBay Store

PRIZER

This may not be a deal for everyone, but considering the release date of this tv and the feature set, I personally think this is a bargain even though it is Refurbished.

The TV may not have been turned on for too many hours, having been sold only for a month or so. They do come with a 12 Month warranty from Sony AU, plus an other 12 months as per regulations.

Lowest ever price for this new model was $5495 a few weeks ago. Most places sell it for over $6000 at the moment.

  • For this price, wouldn't you go for the new LG C8 for around $3500?

    • +1

You could…. if you are after an OLED and LG! or you could get the Panasonic 950 for around $3000.

This tv packs more features and value than any of the oleds in the market in my opinion! Hence the premium price tag… and as well all know, Sony does charge a bit more than LG and Panasonic for their OLED's even though they still use the LG panels.

      • What extra features & value does the Sony have over the other brands for $700ish more?

        • Apart from a few things that may not matter, the biggest I think would be aesthetics. Try seeing the price for LG OLED C8 vs E8 vs W8 and you'll see they all use the same panel and similar features but vastly diffferent price models.

          • @rdhupar: Yeah, but being a cheapie, I think the LG OLED C8 is much better value than then E8 & W8.
I have 7.1 sound system, Apple TV 4K, PS4 Pro and XB1X so the "other" features may not be worth the extra $$$

            • @congo: Not going to deny it. I did the same but just providing justification for why certain products are more expensive.

          • The upscaling (Ultimate X1 processing chip) is unmatched by LG/Panasonic. This is especially good for sports and watching Standard content.

          • Android (Oreo) TV - I can run native apps built in direct

          • Built in Subwoofer with left and right channels, effectively making this a 3.1 system

          • Netflix calibration

You can read more about it here and here

I have the Sony A8F and love it, except for the slow Android tv (older version) interface, but when connected over wifi, I have no issues.

Panasonic FZ1000 is on a similar range as this one, but the interface sucks.

          • @aspirepranesh: The interface on the Panasonic's is serviceable. But yeah, not as good as the Sony or LG. Picture is equal to the Sony. Sound is worse.

  • refurbished tv for $4200 wew. whats one of these worth new?

    • RRP is $7500, most places sell it for $6500 now, lowest ever has been $5500 :)

      • Someone posted on whirlpool they got a 65A9F for $5100 at TGG.

  • Anyone know what the difference is between this and the Sony A1 oled ? Kd65a1

    • The A1 is last years model, and is very similar this years A8F. There's plenty of reviews comparing the A8F and A9F.

      • Ok thank you , sounds like it's a increment upgrade

  • Gone. If the person that bought it is from here, I'm interested to hear what the condition is like when you get it.
