If you're talking about the $37 dollars eBay voucher you need to chat to eBay reps.

You won't get anything from Paypal. Tell ebay you've talked to paypal and they directed you back to them. Explain that you lost your voucher $37.90 worth and that it wasn't your fault because you never initiated the cancellation. Explain that you're at a loss now because you've lost your voucher. If the ebay rep isn't budging, talk to another rep or ask for the supervisor over live chat. They'll apply a $37.90 voucher (with no minimum spend) to your account with a 1 month expiry. Easy as that :)
@slosh: I used this method & eBay offered me a 10% off voucher or a $37.90 voucher. I took the latter … I hope the 10% off sitewide eBay sale starting from 5pm today doesn't affect people's ability to get the $37.90 voucher.
That’s pretty much basically what did not happen at all.
My refund was processed immediately.
The A man said nothing about the dispute. Just apologised that I didn’t have my refund yet.
