    also got told to resubmit, this is very deceptive if they try and reject. i'll scan them again at work and see if that's better, otherwise i'll be complaining to Fair trading.

    i must say the cookie dough was probably the worst ice cream i've tasted. the only way you will ever get me to buy it again is if you paid me a lot more than $5

    After receiving my email the other day saying my claim is valid, I haven't received a follow-up email asking me to re-submit. What a sh*tshow though.

    Good promo…make everyone hate you. I cant confirm the SMS either. Still got the empty tub. Might just return it for a refund as I didn't get the full offer I paid for. Thus, they will aggravate their retailer as well.

          It just wanted my name, address, date of birth, email etc

        I filled in the Visa form and they emailed me the CVV and expiry. But it says "Your card number will have already been provided to you" - is that the Unique code? I didnt get any other emails. Or is there another email coming soon with the credit card number? The unique code is too long for a CC number.

    On submitting my verification now that SMS is working again. I got a message saying "The receipt already used for this promotion". Did anyone else? Do I just need to rename the file I submit?

    I am facing a weird issue.

    • Received a unique code in email to claim a virtual visa card.
    • When I enter the code in the form along with all other details to get virtual visa card, it shows an error saying 'invalid code'. However, I got expiry date and CVV in email.
    • When I try to retrieve the card number using unique code, surname and birth date, it still shows me an error 'invalid code'.

    Very bad UI as well. Not a great experience.

    Urgh, I submitted my claim ages ago but never received an email acknowledging it so am now trying to re-submit. But now they're asking for a receipt number which isn't in my picture?! I definitely didn't have to submit a receipt number before. Tried entering in 0 but it says the number is not valid (duh) and won't let me submit. Anyone in a similar boat & how did you manage to submit your claim?

        The Woolworths eGift card site now allows you to enter cents, as well as dollars, for the value of your card. So you can now enter $14.74, and with the Cashrewards discount is asks you to pay $14.

          I resubmitted my claim via the link below. I didn’t get the promotion claim limit message but got a page that says thank you for submitting and that they would validate my claim and get back to me. Feel safer I submitted again. Still waiting for my prepaid visa though.
