      I have an E485 and it charges fine. It should charge anything that takes USB-C power.

      Hey mate. I personally use USB-C 3.1 to USB-C 3.1, specifically this cable: https://www.jbhifi.com.au/computers-tablets/accessories/belk…. I picked a few of the cables on clearance from Harvey Norman a while back. I'm not sure whether a normal USB-C 3.0 to USB-C 3.0 cable will suffice (it's worth contacting GearBite) but when I last contacted them, they let me know that this charger was only compatible via a USB-C to USB-C connection cable, meaning a USB-A to USB-C cable won't suffice.

      I use the charger on my Dell XPS 13 9360. While it doesn't seem to be as fast as the standard cable charger, it can pretty much provide it with a full charge which is pretty good!

    Just be wary that they probably won't send it until you message them on eBay. It appears to be their approach - I guess hoping people forget about their order?

      That won’t be the case. For power bank 20000 willl have tracking code. Power bank 10,000 send by mail which does not come with tracking, so you only notified when item was posted. If you did not receive 10000mah power bank, you may need to let us know as we can not monitor the status as well.

        Thanks for the honest reply. You may need to follow up with Australia Post as a significant portion of your non tracked postage is going missing, I guess.

          Without tracking code, they can not investigate. Passed postage saving for customer cause this pain.

    Thanks, I ordered 2. They're a bit heavier than I like, but it's really handy knowing that even if something goes wrong with the cable we can charge our S9s.
    I might add a USB C wireless adapter to it as well. That way we can just pop them down on the wireless chargers at night and charge them too.
