A pretty cracking deal on the new WF-1000XM3's ! Cheapest so far if you have the points laying around.

      If you want noise cancelling, holy mother of god do not get the Airpods. They block out absolutely nothing honestly. I went from in-ear earphones (Jaybird X3, no noise cancelling) to Airpods and there was a huge difference in that Airpods blocked out nothing. I have tried the WF-1000XM3 and they’re excellent at noise cancelling.

    Does anyone have these that can comment on whether they would work well for sleeping to block out sound? The bose sleep buds are a dud for us because they use ambadient noise rather that use noise cancelling.

      The Bose buds are a lot smaller and U can sleep sideways.

      Pretty sure the wf-1000xm3 is bulkier and U won't be able to sleep on it for the very least

      Plus the battery life with anc on is only 6hrs. So I doubt it would work as a sleep bud. Maybe for a nap on a chair?

          no. sleep buds only play ambient noise, cant play music, no ANC

          The new Bose wireless earbuds 700 (with ANC) is due in 2020

    Thinking seriously about it, I've a pair of QC20s that I love and just dont want these to be a step back from those. Anyone have any thoughts on the comparison between the two?

      Use the QC20s a lot on long haul flights, one thing that is useful there is that when charged they can get me through a good nights sleep. These have a lesser charge.

      If they sound better thoumgh I would go for them I think

    FlyBuys have them for $230 + 24,547 points (works out around total $350 if you work out the points value). I think it was a bad idea to look at points value and whats good to use them on etc. I should just hit the buy button on this Qantas store before the sale ends.

      1508 QFF points are $18.1 (@1.2c/point) … so total it costs $264 which is an amazing price and lowest by far

      Also it's only 1508 points as when you make the purchase you earn 492 QFF points (hence 2000 - 492 - 1508)

        I had done same yesterday ordered for $271 and after seeing the code, called support and informed them i needed to cancel as i forgot to put in code.

        She asked for code that i received, i told her instead if she can cancel and i will reorder.

        All done in 2 mins, and reordered with code

      Not good enough in which regard? Which ones would you consider get instead of these? Most reviewers rate it best I'm class in terms of sound quality, functionslity and noise cancelling.
