    So I ordered online and the items were delivered with only two unfulfilled. This was noted on the invoice with $12 change due.

    It's been a week and no notice/email about this. I went to ebay which lists each item bought individually and I was going to 'contact the seller'. I had ordered 3 of these items and only one was delivered - so two missing to be refunded … and in ebay I see all the other items but not this one? so i can't directly query this item ordered … who do I contact do you think?

    OK solved .. kinda.

    Looked in Paypal and could not see the transaction listed at all… but in my bank I could see a 'paypal_Coles' entry for the right amount .. and then I noticed a 12 refund marked the same yesterday so it has been processed but its not transparent as to how or when it happened.

    I'm still waiting for any contact from anyone at Coles. I've had no Coles initiated contact via any medium including ebay, facebook, phone or email. I have made several phone calls, lodged ebay queries and ended up posting on their facebook page. That got me a please send us your order details and we will contact you….NO CONTACT still. Major lack of customer service. Still no contact, still no refund.

    I received my first delivery today on time. I had postponed delivery twice so no complaint. There were two items cancelled and refunded. The items were unbagged which look unprofessional to me but no complaint because it saved unnecessary packages. Overall I saved heaps but wouldn’t use eBay Coles delivery again (simply lacking variety of product to choose from on eBay)

    Had my order cancelled last minute due to 'IT issues' around 2pm today. SMS received asking me to re-submit order but most items ordered not in stock on their eBay and the voucher showing as already been redeemed anyway.

    Manager was meant to call me back today and have now been advised they will call me back tomorrow (after I spent 1 hour waiting to get through to call centre). They advised all orders being fulfilled by Vermont South (VIC) store today were cancelled due to the IT issue. Hope they can resolve this situation.

      Same here. No refund yet. Called them yesterday and got told refund will be 'initiated automatically' in the next 3-5 business days. What a BS. Code can't apply again since it has been redeemed. Wasted 5 days waiting for grocery coming and code expires.
      I received text around 1pm yesterday and my delivery address is in Wantirna

      I have been trying to get a solution for being messed around with the promotion and coles online told me to contact the manager of Vermont South, which he advised when the store cancels the delivery then it is with Coles to arrange solution (such as rearrange delivery) and not the actual store. Coles are not taking any ownership/responsibility and have told me to resolve the issue with eBay.

      I got in contact with eBay just now and they were quite supportive about the situation and advised that Coles should not have used a cancellation reason of my address being incorrect as there is no issues with my address. They mentioned there are some penalties involved when sellers cancel incorrectly and without making any eBay contact to resolve the address issue. They are going to get back to me with an update once they follow up further.

        FYI I just dispute my transaction via PayPal because Coles ebay rep never replied to my request. PayPal was prompt with refund. Got what I paid (full amount less coupon). The best solution out of worst scenario I reckon. But personally i won't shop Coles eBay again forever.

    What's going on with this crazy thing?
    It has marked all my items as Posted in notifications, but says Refunded in purchases.
    They have refunded $4.50 to the PayPal so far.
    Email says it's coming tomorrow morning.

    Seems to be in a mess. Are they going to refund me $100 for $50 paid plus deliver the items anyway? Mystery.

      The stuff got delivered, besides the $4.50 refunded item.
      The eBay interface must just be broken and if one item is refunded it tags the entire orders items as refunded even though they aren't.

    Does anyone know the exchange policy for Coles, can we take to the store to exchange items? I wanted to get some size 2 + 3 CUB nappies which were in stock yesterday (always abundant on shop shelves) and now theres only size 1 and 4 left >_>

    They simply sent me a no reply message, saying Due to IT issue, your order is cancelled
    I tried to contact coles ebay seller 3 times through message, but no reply.
    Called Ebay and open a case, they even didnt refund the money back to me.
    Coles online said they dont share the same department with Coles Ebay
    Not happy with this cheating from Coles!

    filled up my cart with $100 worth of half price specials this morning come back now and most sold out. Oh well sounds like they're cancelling a lot of orders, I'd imagine from people who are doing the same.

    Worked out pretty well for me. 3 items out of stock and $20 credited back to the gift card I used. So $30 for a decent amount of groceries.

    Wasted my time browsing thru the store and waiting for delivery that never happened. Called them up, orders been cancelled due to IT issue. Will be issued refund. I would rather they re deliver again. My first and last ordering with them.

    Funny, I wonder how they track if the code has been used. I created one for wife, but used my PayPal, it won't allow me to pay using the code, but OK if I use another cc. So I try to be cheeky, create another acc under wife, but this time none will work? So I guess it worked out all goes to same add?

    I have not received my order (they tried to deliver to a parcel locker), have not received a refund that was supposedly processed nine days ago (I was told that eight days ago by the Online Manager at Loganholme) and have not had any Coles initiated contact even though I have reached out twice through ebay, by phone 3 times and via their facebook page (I’ve been told twice that my details have been passed onto customer service and that I would be contacted….they lie!) I was a customer of Coles Online since it started…was planning on being a Coles ebay regular customer….never AGAIN!!!!!

    Ordered on Sunday. Got email on Monday confirming delivery on Thursday between 6am and noon. I was able to narrow this down to 10am to noon. Yesterday I got an email saying one of my items worth $0.85 was unavailable, and at the same time I got an email from Paypal saying it had been refunded. Items got delivered this morning by a very friendly delivery guy, right within the 2 hour window. No items missing, and actually got an extra chocolate bar.

    All in all, a very smooth process.

    The biggest pain was trying to sign up for the free Plus trial, long story short, I ended up getting 1 year of Plus for free. Only other hassle was waiting for everything I wanted to come back in stock at the same time.

      All the receipts given by coles when your order gets delivered will say a $10 delivery. You are NOT charged for it, its just a system thing.

    i can only sit here be a dumber, played by 2 biggest company in australia.

    would love to know, what will happen to them if current affair or any news network found out about this

    Got my order, one out of stock item refunded through PayPal before it was all even delivered. They receipt I received in delivery doesn’t match the prices I payed on eBay (I got things cheaper) so I feel like I’ve got an even better deal. Still never again. eBay and Coles just don’t work.

    Great experience here. I managed to spend $99.02 on exactly 40 items. Only 1 out of stock and refunded immediately. Delivery came within window and they even emailed the day before narrowing it down to a one hour slot, which it was within.

    All 39 items arrived. All were from the 50% weekly specials so I really got 75% off.
