    When do you get the option of delivery dates? I went through the payment option and it went through just like every other eBay purchase. I've just received a confirmation email saying they will let me know when my order is on its way. Will I get another email asking when it's suitable to deliver, or I missed something during the payment confirmation process?

      You will get another email from [email protected] with your delivery date and time, it will also have an option to change it if it doesn't suit. I believe this happens once your order is confirmed with Coles.

      Mine came about 8 hours after I ordered, so it can take a while.

        I don't know hwo you got your number.. But those excluded postcodes are mainly in remote towns.. Pretty sure we don't have 10/24 million live in rural towns.. Logistic cost more in rural setting,simple as that.. Purely business decision

      Hahaha - fixed it, it was the $5 off $15 hack a few weeks ago by setting country to New Zealand. Changed it back to Australia and works :)

      Ps dont forget to cancel ebay plus before trial expires if you plan to not use it.

      Yes you can't use a gc on another account once started. What's annoying is say you have $25 left, and have a 2nd gc, they won't use the $25 gc. Instead the full value has to be taken from the larger gc. Sneaky tactic.

      From 26 September 2019, you need to ensure that you are home when your Coles order is delivered. Coles on eBay orders will be delivered to your kitchen bench instead of being left unattended.

      Not for me. I ordered at around 12am. Order came up instantly, but nothing was taken out of paypal/bank for about 5 mins after. During those 5 mins, the payment was 'pending'. After 5 mins, the money came out and also did the emails. Quite unusual, never had this happen before.

      So my payment did go through, but quite alot have a similar problem to yours:

    I ordered last night, haven't head from Coles yet (Just the generic paypal transaction email plus the 'order confirmed' email from ebay).

      Same here mate, ordered almost 48 hours ago, CC was charged and got the generic email from eBay but haven't heard anything from Coles yet.

        Most of us don't mind waiting 3-5 days if we can get 50% off on top of items that are already 50% off. And why click and collect if you get free delivery anyway.

          You can only use this voucher once. I'm just saying this isnt a recipe for a successful long term business model. I'm not saying this is a bad deal (hence no negative vote). It's a good deal, just that it isn't sustainable for Coles and I don't see what having an eBay store offers (after this initial discount code), unless theres an ongoing significant discount, over their website.

      I had my parcel locker address by mistake too. Called eBay, they can’t do anything. Called Coles (‭1800 455 400‬) they cant update the delivery address. They advised I will need to cancel the order, hence loose my eBay code. Coles are hopeless. How hard is it to update a delivery address.
