      I got my order cancelled too "The seller cancelled this order because: Something was wrong with the buyer's delivery address."

      FYI there is nothing wrong with my address.

      They refunded me $110.65 but if I check paypal:

    What Coles, really???
    Maximum order quantity was 20, I only ordered 12 and they decided to give me only 10 and no refund. Nice marketing.
    But they did charge me, they should refund 50% IMO.

          Assume you spent $99 in total, and didn't get charged for the out of stock items (as per their email), and I'm assuming that they were $6 worth of items, that means that you have spent $93 and still gotten a $49 discount. What exactly have you lost?

          Yeah they did, i contact coles on ebay on the same day of the delivery. And ebay open a case and got refunded same day. Which is on thursday 3/10. It show on paypal coles refunded. Try to contact them via ebay. That what i did.

              You'll only find 50 + postage got refunded. Paypal has this weird thing where it will say "we refunded you (amount paid + discount amount)" but in reality, its only the amount you paid.

              I can confirm this because I've had multiple items refunded in the past, which I used discount codes on

      In my experience yet. Last time I ordered 20 x Sunrice Jasmine and they delivered 3, the rest got refunded. This pissed me off as it made the sale pretty much useless so I have stopped buying from Coles via Ebay altogether.

    I know that it's a deal and free money is always good but what annoys me is the artificial stock levels through their eBay site. About a third of my order got cancelled because it was out of stock but obviously Coles has the stock.

    Got my items delivered this morning but they sent a 500g packet of green beans instead of broad beans, one item out of stock and 2 got picked(and charged) but never got delivered. I rang the support number and I was told to take it up with ebay as they have 'limited' visibility of orders made via eBay. Now when I try to request a refund on eBay I've been given the same number I've ring this morning. WTF?

    I know I shouldn't be complaining too much as there were some savings made but this is an absolute farce considering the time I've wasted on the phone and still do not have any resolution. Not buying online from Coles ever!

        Payment method: -$51.17 AUD - PayPal account

        So confusing maybe it's right

        The pick invoice/list came in with that I had paid $110.17
        Purchase total was $100.17

          Yeah looks like you have the correct discounts to me. The coles invoice will come through as full price + shipping as its your ebay plus that covers that cost

    Annoying - just went through with the coles app to build a shopping list. Came to about $120.

    Go to coles ebay and transcribe products. More than 50% of products on my list are not available in the ebay store…

    That sucks. Still going to do a $100 order, as it's $50 worth of stuff for nothing…
