    There is a link in the coles email to check delivery status. When you click it takes you to the coles log in page. Is there any way to check ebay order status under this?

      you cant check it, coles ebay system doesn't link to the coles website. the only way check your order is wait for ebay send you a confirmation email, under seller message there will be a link to the invoice.

      Was your order delivered this before 2pm? Think it was from the time of your comment. Hence the groceries would have been shopped the previous night…before the stock is delivered replenishing the shelves. Those products you ordered that you see on the shelves today were out of stock when shopped yesterday as they were replenished over night after the store is closed.

    Place my order (Morning Thursday) - am advised delivery may be in "parts" sometime between Saturday and next Tuesday… Hope it a) all comes at the same time, b) is sooner rather than later. Just got confirmation - between 9 and 3 sunday…

    I am mid way between 3-4 coles' (am in underwood, qld - closest is Springwood, then sunnybank, mcgregor and sunnybank hills. I suspect Sunnybank hills does all of the online shops for the area - a) I have seen over a dozen of the delivery vans out near their loading dock, and b) the are always 4-5 order packers going through the store, whenever I visit it…

    Just got my order delivered, all seems to be fine (Only 1/24 items out of stock) but err… they gave me the wrong flavour of chips.

    EDIT:

    Contacted support about it, they said they weren't sure when it comes to Ebay (whether or not it works differently to the online store). This is because in the online store, they have the option of substitutions or it could have been a picking error. They said it was best to contact the people on Ebay about it.

      Bunch of items missing from my order too! All frozen items. They gave me sometimes else's stuff, which I managed to give back to the driver. They told me they'd refund but that since I paid with that gift cards the guy said "don't worry about that now, that'll be up to eBay".

      Wonder if eBay would just not refund the items due to the $49 promo code, or in a fairer fashion refund proportionately (applying the $49 throughout each item in the order)..

    Got mine delivered today, was at 6:30am and wasn't sure what the procedure was, but the delivery guy came in and placed it all on the table for me to sign off. Weird experience (not a bad one) would have been content with them leaving it on the front porch

    I only had two items out of stock (things I realised I already had after submitting the order), so they refunded those and an extra $10. Truck driver came down our driveway and brought it up to our kitchen bench.

    $100 worth of groceries delivered to our pantry for $40, can't complain lol

    Has to be one of the most infuriating ways to shop, would never bother with this without a discount. Things sold out, cant buy fresh fruit/veg and meat, deli etc and awkward to search for items.

      I have a family member with a bazillion kids, and he & the wife orders online.

      Saves them a mountain of hassle.

      If he arrives home during a delivery, he waits quietly in the car until they leave so he doesn't get asked to help.

      So what i'm saying is it works for some…

        I dont think Nubzy is saying that Coles Online is a bad idea. They are saying that Coles on Ebay is a bad idea.

        Id totally agree, its absoutely horrible. Coles online, great, coles ebay, i wouldnt do it again for less then 50% off. I say this and ive been waiting for 4 days to hear literally anything about my order…

    Got an email yesterday saying that almost half my order was not available - no refund in paypal yet - $48 worth of products! I see some people have already got their refunds so not sure what the delay is… been 3 days since I ordered.

    Rest of the order was delivered today though so thats something.

    I do my usual shop through Woolies - also had a delivery today with free delivery 1 month trial. On time, everything in stock and they even gave me extra weight in meat. Will be sticking with them!

        Is the refund returned to the ebay voucher value or the amount paid? I paid $50 ($99 worth of items - $49 voucher). The items arrived an hour ago minus $34 worth as they were out of stock. It says on the receipt $34 change due, however i just checked my gift card balance, it hasn't been refunded. Don't know if the refund goes back to what I paid or to the ebay voucher (which would suck then).

    Mine arrived today, no out of stock items, but I went for products are are either never on sale or only reduced by a small margin, rather than the specials. When will I ever get these again at half price? Good deal as I was also able to update the delivery time to a 3 hour window.

      Once you order, they will send you an email with the exact day & 6-hour window that they'll deliver. You can click on the link in the email to change the day, or change it to a 3-hour window.

        lol i think this promotion was a bit of a fail.

        Logged into paypal and no refund so far. The ebay page doesnt say anything about a refund yet.

        edit* Oh wow my cancelled Red Bulls disappeared off my Ebay order.. order total is still the same though.

        edit2* Ok just got $35 refunded to paypal.

        I assume i'm in front now as I originally paid $58.. so in the end it will cost me $23 for 4 tubs of coffee and almonds lol

      There would've been a live tracking with that confirmation email…it'd tell you where everything is. Mine was between 2-5. the live tracking said between 3:20 - 4:20 and it arrived 4:10 for us

    This promotion was bizarre…

    I ordered $100 worth of stuff, paid $51 after using the PHRESH coupon.

    $70 worth of product wasn't available and I was refunded that $70 via Paypal. The rest of the order was fulfilled.

    I scored $19 cash and $30 worth of free goodies and I get to use the voucher code again. This seems to be a recurring theme here.

    So 24 hrs since my order was delivered, 4 days since I ordered and I have still not been refunded for the $48 worth of products I didn’t receive. I have now had to open an ebay dispute as no response from coles even though I have an invoice and email from them saying items not supplied and refund due.

    Guessing this collaboration with ebay isn’t going to last long.

        Paypal - had to do an ebay dispute. Ebay issued the refund back to my paypal about 10 mins ago.

            @OCD Completionist: Under the "help" section on eBay, you can start an online chat with them or call them. The eBay rep I chatted with opened a dispute for me but is giving Coles 5 days to refund instead of getting it back immediately.

    I've tried ringing and the phone system doesn't recognise the order number.

    This has been my experience.

    Ordering process was crap, the ebay store only contains non-perishables plus some frozen products. Navigation is trash.
    After placing my order I waited 4 days for Coles to send me an email in order to confirm a delivery date. I messaged them on ebay yesterday morning, got no response.

    Today I get a call from the driver as he is attempting to deliver my order. I'm at work.
    I tell him that Coles never contacted me to confirm a delivery time. He was really chilled and okay with that so no worries with that guy.

    Coles call centre then called me telling me that i had to accept delivery now or the order would be cancelled. I requested a new delivery time, or delivery after 6pm today. I live in an apartment there is nowhere they can leave it. They refused to change the delivery time.

    The order had to be cancelled, I still havent seen a refund.

    This is going to be a PR disaster for Coles, if I get the opportunity ill be adding to their list of negative feedback.

    Ordered yesterday, just checked and they gave rediculously long delivery window 9 to 3 on Sunday which of course does not suit many people. Had to change it to Tuesday as no evening times available and Monday completely unavailable.

    This is a fail from Coles, I will never buy through their eBay store again. Too finicky and time consuming, not enough products available, awkward delivery schedules.

    lucky I did a screenshot of the balance of the gift card before pay,so I can verify the refund is actually refunded to giftcard.

      I also paid by gift card but when I contacted ebay, the rep insisted on opening a "Did Not Receive" request to give them 5 days to refund me, instead of refunding me straightaway. I'm guessing it's luck of the draw which rep you get and how they will process the refund for you.

    Ordering stuff was big hassle as most product i added into cart went OOS quickly, rest is all well. Got all my Products on time as per email conformation. Window was 11:45 to 12:45 pm but got delivered at 11:55 am. Physically checked with defects, dates and quantities. ALL IS WELL.

    Got notified that two items I ordered are out of stock. No refund so far but based on comments above I will wait until a bit after delivery tomorrow morning.
    It's not very robust system given things can go out of stock so quickly. You end up wasting so much time and finding the product you want isn't easy either. If it's not for the one off deal, I would never consider shopping on coles ebay store.

    Comparing to the last Coles promotion in March this year where my order was left outside apartment block overnight without any notice, this time the delivery person rang me on arrival (currently staying in serviced apartment so no intercom) and helped me carry the items to front entrance from driveway. So really depend on the person, everyone handles differently.

    I have parcel locker with my local Post Office branch.

    I clearly told them yesterday I am expecting a Coles delivery and accept it once delivered.

    When I went this morning after allocated time, they advised they refused to accept delivery because they don't accept such deliveries. It is quite annoying as they promised to accept delivery yesterday.

    I bought 3 baby items and they are all out of stock now

    What could I do here?

      But, if you are being serious:

      Parcel lockers can only be used for parcels sent through Australia Post. The Coles orders are sent by Coles' own delivery people & not through Australia Post.

    Ordered and got a confirmation from Coles stating order will be delivered between 1000AM and 1200PM. 1400 and still nothing.
    Call help desk and they can't find my order on the system even though I've been sent an email telling me when my items would be delivered.
    Only option helpdesk gave me was to cancel the order. Incompetency is what coles strives upon

    A $99.10 order using 10% off ebay gc. $65 not fulfilled, so $25 of food coming, and I get paid about $24 for their privilege. Good deal.

    Reading above, Coles Ebay is not working out very well at this stage.
