      About 6 or 700 I think for a standard back to back install. Price goes up from there if the unit is further away, second story etc.

    These sales are a joke. You could negotiate more than 10% off most items. In guessing there would be no negotiation with the 10% off?

    I just got back from my local store, they said forget about the advertised times the discount is available all-day in-store. It's too much hassle to restrict the times and we are not going to ask people to come back in a few hours to receive a discount.

    My trade union has "good guys commercial" access so got a slightly better discount on my Fujitsu split system than the VIP night.

    Looking at getting the LG OLED65C9, listed as $3995 less 15% brings it to $3396. Combine with either Cashrewards 2.5% ($84.90) or Velocity e-store @ 4 points per $ (13,584pts). Seems reasonable or should I wait for the Black Friday Sale?

      Also hanging out for the same item - eBay sales have put it as low as $3,2xx just over a month back. It's gotta be just a matter of time until there's another eBay sale that doesn't have a low maximum discount which all the 20% off deals have had lately.
      May also drop it a little bit lower since the regular going price has dropped slightly in this time.

      End of the day will probably be about $100-$300 in price difference. Depends if you can hold out hope for that or not. I can since my house still isn't quite built yet. =]
