      And yes UberEats account is the same as Uber. They share payment methods and credits.

    New to the whole Uber thing. Got an order in ( 2 person Seafood pack with soft drinks). No drinks arrived. Who do you contact? Uber or the shop itself?

        A bit of a fail. This was a $14 deal we occasionally get. Via Uber it was $19 + $7 delivery (no pick up option). So with the $15 off, we came out $3 cheaper, but no drinks!

          The delivery kills the value of these coupons IMHO, especially when menu prices are inflated already. I only use these coupons for places with the 5 minute free delivery promo (due to others nearby ordering from same store). Interesting though that some phones don't even show these, and the options can vary between phones also.

            So doing a pick up order through Uber without a promo code is useless. Just ring direct, get it cheaper.

      I’m casually doing Uber eats driver. It is restaurants problem but you’d better to ring Uber, they usually quite good at refunding. Please do not blame driver as we are not doing anything wrong. Driver is not be able to go back and grab a drink for you because usually we are quite busy and got next delivery job. Thanks for all the kindness.

      I think "pickup" refers to picking it up on the street outside your home

        That's not what pick up means. Pick up means in restaurant. From comments it looks like it's not available in Melbourne. Put in a Sydney address and you'll see.
        But yes, it's working on delivery again now.

    How do you even do pickup orders? I dont see an option on my app. Searched on google and apparently it was supposed to have 3 options "delivery", "pickup" and "dine-in" at the top of the home screen of the app but it;s not there on mine…

    Edit: is Melbourne not one of the cities with these options available? That'd be weird.

        Uhh yes? Weird question. I refresh my app store manually every couple days to download any updates that havent been auto downloaded.

        Further googling told me that Sydney right now is the trial city for these options in Australia so it seems us Melbournians are out of luck for this deal now. Unless this information is wrong and someone in Melbourne has successfully ordered pickup somehow.

    So I was playing around with this and actually managed to get the discount with a delivered item.

    First select a restaurant from the pickup tab.

    Add your items.

    Tap on the purple bubble on the bottom of the screen and apply promo.

    Go to checkout.

    Tap on the delivery tab. You may have to select the address again. Tap back to delivery. After doing this several times I got the promotion to apply for the delivery item.

    It let me add the PICKUP15 but didn't reduce the price (deliver) and I can't find any way to choose Pickup, which I'd talked myself into doing n was almost coming around to looking forward to the walk hah. I've updated the app as some people above suggested, but still can't see how to choose Pickup. Is there something we're missing or it just doesn't work in Melbourne as someone said?

    edit: backed out and back to home then back to cart and it now seems to be working/offering it (even on delivery)

    they've updated what the coupon says now I think, pretty sure it said any order before now it says Conditions Apply and clicking shows only for pickup. Which apparently cannot be done, but hey hah. Maybe some people can. I'm such an idiot when it started working for delivery again I decided to choose a different restaurant than the one I would've walked to, then missed out. Good on me

    I added all of them. Made a delivery order using pickup15 20 minutes ago and it worked.

    The others I've added to my account seem to only work for pick up orders now. Hopefully they stay in my account for a while yet!

          When I load the app, right at the first page on top there is a tab for pickup vs. delivery. I click on pickup (in mobile app)
