    Anyone like to guess how long to Maximum enrollment? - 118000 Cards (12000 less than last year) - if CF Frost enrolls we are in trouble

          login with your own account then click on the amex card picture on the top right - then click on view additional card members - then click on card members name then should take you to offers screen

              @rooon: Same here - I think you need to get the additional card member to setup his/her own account with Amex and then they can register (provided they get the offer)

                @bauser99: Or you just set it up now and control it. That is what I do. After all you are responsible for it as primary.

          Again it is completely random, one supplementary was not enrolled in the offer, the other was. Unfortunately have to register each one to check…

        Supp cards should have a separate logon.

    Two quick things to check for. First the offers were not showing up on the mobile app but did on desktop. Second, if the offer is not visible for some cards I found it mid way down amongst the other offers so make sure you scroll through. Personally got it on the the Platinum Charge, Reserve and Edge.

      KFC takes Amex now? Wouldn't accept it last time I went, I had to order through the app and use Paypal to be able to pay with Amex, lol.

          Haha, could say that. If I decided last minute to go there I wouldn't worry but if we planned ahead I'd order through the app instead so I could use it. Was worth it at the time, back when 1 Amex point was still worth 1 Velocity point before they halved the value.

      They are certainly not small businesses to me. They certainly accept Amex but not necessarily are part of shop small. Make sure you double-check your filter selection.

    Got it on all cards except for the one where I chased them up for a transaction at a shop that didn’t accept Amex despite being listed on their map. :(

    I think they blacklisted that card or something because it’s the only one where the offer isn’t showing up.

    For my supplementary user I created a login for that card and was then able access the offers and add this offer as per the primary card.

      Bummer. I thought this one and Vogue were ones everybody got. Then I got no Vogue this year but at least some could go into the CBD and fix that, which I could not do, but not sure you can fix this one.

    Can someone please tell me what is the point of having a crapload of Amex cards?
    Is it all about the offers/ statement credits thingamee?
    Just got my (first of many?) Amex Qantas ultimate, mainly for the FF bonus points.

      All offers are limited to a certain number per card. Supplementary cards do not cost anything but enable you to take maximum advantage of offers. I believe I save the cost of my card. Particularly Vogue night when you can purchase Coles Myer group cards for 40% off and purchase groceries and petrol. With my 10 cards I can get $500 worth and save $200. Then there is also David Jones etc.etc. Also with this Shop Small I will be able to spend $1000 and save $500, even on basics such as topping up MYKI and others use it for Opal.

    One Explorer got, another 2 suppl got, 1 suppl no. So I tried different devices, apps, finally got by using computer to refresh many times. So I guess Amex server now kind of congested.
