      Agree. It doesn't reflect store stock correctly. On the product page of a 'click and collect only' item, it didn't show stock anywhere near my postcode. I just tried adding it to cart and was able to choose a click and collect at local store at checkout. No error about stock being unavailable. I passed so many click and collect only items because it didn't show stock near me

        Yeah, that whole system is farcical. Even when they said they have stock and I completed a couple of orders for click and collect recently, they canceled them as they couldn’t fulfil them. Including this new gift card, I now have $30 to spend as both my birthday and welcome one ended up being reissued. Probably not a bad thing, now I can potentially put it towards something decent instead of looking for things as close to $10 as possible.

      I turned off ad block and still no luck in Chrome… guess no online shopping for me then.

    It's a promotion based on what the DJ sales rep told me. You just need to login into your account and update your personal details and you'll get the voucher within(?) 24 hours.

    DJ's = over priced and crappy website. Keep the $10.

    I'll give a plus vote because for someone that actually shops there this is a good deal, but otherwise no thanks.

      Last time I found the best option was to go to kitchenware and sort by price. I think I got some tongs and wooden spoons effectively for free. The only challenge is many of the items would not be available at my nearest DJs, so it took a while to find stuff.

      Picked up nice $50 DJs polo shirts on sale a few months back - marked down to $10. Used vouchers to get free shirts (had a birthday every few days!). Price on same stock then went back to $50.
      Staff saw me so many times, we're on first names basis😉

      Also bought lots of fancy $100/kg chocolates discounted as near use by date - for a couple of dollars. Delicious!

      Used multiple vouchers (family members accounts) for more expensive items.

      Local store was being renovated, so lots of discounts. Shiny new store has opened - so no great deals. Next store is now being renovated…

    Previously I was able to use these rewards codes to buy $10 gift cards so I could extend the expiry date. Looks like they've closed this down.

    Tried that with the last $10 voucher, but they couldn't fulfill the order. Upside was that the refunded $10 was a gift card with the usual expiry.

    The online store is an absolute disaster.

    • I only buy in-store - 2 stores within 3km.
      Too many issues with oos & refunds too online.

          Checked Deals here (eg $10 DJs Polo shirt) & prices / availability online, then went to store.

          Stock system online usually showed no stock, but it was on sales racks of that section in local stores! Was easy.
          As I commented above!

          Staff even helped me find $10 items😊 They were pleased to clear old stock!

          Food hall often clears stock cheap - not shown online. One store reduced the price closer to $10 to use the voucher! Can't do that online😉

          As closest store was being renovated - their stock system was incorrect, so found lots of discounted items not shown as available. Luckily the other store is now being renovated.

          Went to store today.
          Took only minutes to find plenty of discounted items around $10. Unlikely to be listed online!

          If you've got more than 1 account with a voucher (for family members), staff will happily use multiple vouchers. Can't do that online😉

          Bought a $40 item of clothing today, discounted 50%, used vouchers on 2 accounts = FREE!

          So, if you don't shop In-store you're missing out😉

          We read that advice, clicked on update in our existing account & got our extra $10. Too simple😉

    Does anyone have the issue of not receiving any emails from DJ as well? I wasn’t even able to get the welcome voucher or birthday voucher :/
    Their online customer service and website is horrible. Tried online chat to solve this and was 10th in queue. Once I was 1st in line, it disconnected. Second time I went on online, all they said was to check junk (which I already did). Then they said they’d email me about the issue, and it took them 1 week to reply back.

      I think some accounts are just duds and were not setup properly initally. I have this issue with my parents DJ accounts. They didnt receive the welcome voucher/birthday or this one now even though i updated their personal details.

        The only benefit to this is that if you complain enough times they'll replace the missing gift card with another one with three years expiry.

        • Yeah, that’s what they did for my welcome one (but only 1 year expiry). I doubt they would do the same for this promotion.

      You can only use the vouchers issued to you on your own account; however, you can combine multiple (possibly innumerable) of your own gift cards in one purchase. I have 3 separate gift cards issued, and last I checked I can use them all at the same time.

      • Yep what this person said! Although around 6 months the max was 5 separate gift cards in one online transaction. Might’ve changed since

                @kerfuffle: Yeah it still is 5 now then. I have to plan ahead and consolidate all my vogue Amex gift cards before I buy an expensive item as I usually hit my 5 card limit before I can pay for the full order with the discounted gift cards.

      • In store, staff have happily used vouchers from multiple (family) accounts towards purchase.

        Today, bought $40 clothing @50% off & paid with vouchers on 2 accounts = FREE!

        Staff at 2 counters offered to do that today. Have previously used 2 vouchers in 1 purchase.

    • As per some comments above, might be worth logging in and updating your details to see what happens. People have reported success doing this.

      • Tried that. Nothing. Didn't receive birthday voucher either. Support are useless, I don't think they are based in Australia and they take a week to reply.
