    Some of us had the problem that the credit wasn't applied when it should have been.
    I showed it was Kogan's problem, finally getting a "goodwill" refund of $20.

        Yes, the time & frustration certainly wasn't worth $20.

        The trouble is you don't know that until you spend too long on a case.

        (My only court case I took on, wasted 18 months before it was resolved in 5 minutes in arbitration. There was no precedent in the matter, so legal opinion was I didn't have a case. So I represented myself. A government department helped prepare the case as it was seen in the public interest. The company settled for everything I claimed - out of court to avoid adverse publicity. I wouldn't do it again!)

        I had expected normal customer service - answering customer complaints promptly. Now I realise Kogan doesn't work like that - took 7 hours to respond after so many complaints. Fortunately that should be the end of the matter.

        I have offered suggestions of how to resolve the matter for others - raise the problem with support as a mistake by Kogan & threaten to take your money elsewhere.

        Having earnt hundreds per hour in my work, I know the value of my time. I also like winning in cases like this. And it was my day off…

        The beer has been delivered, my $20 refund arranged, all is good with the world again😀

      I did my research!
      Surprised it wasn't suggested earlier - I have 2 useless Kogan SIMs coming. Worthwhile for $2.90 more than the SIM.

          Used my last $20 voucher.

          Have been with Circles.Life ending in a month (almost 5 months @20GB/mth - FREE + $5 cashback). First time I've paid for phone/data in a very long time!

          So will be handy. Heading overseas on cheap flight ($124rtn) for month after that. So only needed 30 days.

              Family has 3 accounts (from buying free or cheap SIM plans a few years ago), each with an emailed voucher. So I found a use for those old accounts - cheap beer & SIMs.
