Seems a pretty awesome price considering they were $40 not too long ago (and before then only came with pre-ordered copies of the game).

I mean, it's cheap, even compared to generic 4GB flash drives (not to mention bad ass)!

      yes and no; depends on how lazy the individual staff at the store are.

      I have found that when i get to the store, they take it off the shelf however, it stops them from selling stock that has already been reserved in such a way (becomes "allocated" on the system).

        That reminds me of this obnoxious guy in one of my Uni tutorials quite some time ago. We were talking about advertising and this one ad had a black male posing and the tutor asked someone to talk about it and the guy said 'once you go black, you never go back' and further elaborated by saying because they have bigger you know whats.     Very fast flash drive, theoretically writes up to 853MP/s (meters per second), but you'll find in real life you only get about 460MP/s.

    Damn it, looks identical to my SR 2 one, which is painted gold. The paint has chipped away and the cover(bullettip) is quite annoying since you can only close it at a certain angle.
    Also due to its round shape, it doesn't let you use other usb ports next to it.
    It was free with the SR 2 collectors edition $4 from GAME a while back.

    I work at DS and these used to be given out when you bought Black Ops for a while.

    Then they became orphaned because although they had a price and everything, they weren't going to be put on any shelves. I kept my eye on them waiting for them to get old and cheap, here we go :P

    Damn, I paid $11.95 for one of these at dick smith just 2 weeks ago when I picked up the TV/x360 deal. Was an impulse buy as they had a jar of them on the counter.
    Funny thing was the jar label said 2gb, so I was surprised when I looked closer upon getting it home it was 4gb.
    Transfer speeds are reasonably slow though, so I'll just leave it on my shelve of gaming crap I think.
