          No problems! It's something we've never done before, but we genuinely felt it reflected community sentiment without being offensive on purpose. To give you an idea though, so far, the offensive coupon is outdoing the non-offensive one 3:1.

          You can go for a .sydney or a .melbourne which don't have the same requirements? They're on sale for $14.95 for the first year right now.

    Do i need a business number to register a domain? If i don't own a business or just want to buy a domain for personal use, what should i enter on that field?(I'm in VIC)

      For personal use you would need an .id.au domain name. For that you just need to be an Australian resident. On the blog, click the eligibility tab and you'll see everything you need to know. :)

          While they've said the word Australian domain names they actually mean the ones ending in .au this does not qualify.
