I just went to Bunnings Arundel to test my luck using screenshot from OfficeWorks Website. They kept checking the website since it was down. I was there waiting for about 15 min and ready to beg them to give me the price. I checked the OW website again and luckily it went back online to $19!!! So they added shipping and I got 2 for $22.46 each! Woohoo! Go get pricebeat now while you can!

Ive picked these nest mini's up for $20 from Marketplace over the last 3-4 months. With all these giveaways from spotify and youtube some people sell them for nix. New and sealed. Just gotta be quick. They are very handy for home automation. Not so great for asking it to play music without a spotify premium sub though.

Eh? I'm not bootlicking, just thinking about the bigger picture…most people here are only thinking about getting cheap nest minis (some don't even need them or want to try and resell at a profit).
Long term, there may be repercussions, eg staff member who made the price error gets reprimanded or fired, prices for other items are increased to offset the losses, the company goes out of business. Sure these scenarios are unlikely for one off price error events for such a large retailer, but if there are many of them over time, who knows?
You could argue that they shouldn't make price errors in the first place/they only have themselves to blame, but that doesn't mean taking advantage of price errors is morally okay.
I mean, people even go and price match/beat with other retailers (who didn't make the error!). In this case Bunnings. Similar thing happened with the Good Guys and the Nest Hub Max speaker recently. I don't get how people don't feel bad about that…

Theyve been selling on marketplace for months. Plenty of freebies from Youtube and Spotify giveaways. Some people have crazy prices of $60+ on them. Ive managed to snag 2 nest mini's for $20 new and sealed in the last 2-3 months. They turn up, just gotta keep an eye out.

The only way I got that to work was to set them up separately - different google home user with different spotify accounts.
@Boertjie: Have them beam the music to the player staticly (independently). Most music players have the cast icon.

@impoze: Yeah that's true, you can create groups and it will play simultaneously. Works quite well for multiple rooms. If you have a family subscription you can link profiles to each individual person then when say person plays a song on speaker 1 person b can play a different song on speaker b.
@911r: Yeah, but I reckon it should be like Netflix etc where you can have multiple streams per account depending on subscription level. So family should work, right?

I bought this and really have no idea what ill use it for. Think ill pop it on my desk and use it as a bluetooth speaker to play the radio and music through while i work. Cant really go wrong for $19, ive had more expensive lunches.
When you eat your expensive lunches alone and feel lonely you can ask Google to tell jokes.
If it's on the wifi network, you just ask it what station you want to listen to.

Just called OW for the first order I placed that went into backorder since I found stocks all over different stores nearby.
The 1300OFFICE guy said there are 200+ in the queue to be fulfilled and told me to wait or cancel my $19 order and go in-store to get one for now $78. The guy said the system wont let them change the order so I can pick one up in the store and I will just have to wait until it ever gets delivered.
I asked about why my first order went into backorder but my second order went thru with no problem, he said he cannot explain.
Just received the invoice for the 1st order. The estimated date no longer pushes back day after day. Now it keeps at July 10th with the expected delivery.
Has anyone who ordered online actually received them?

Got the ready to pickup email yesterday. Just picked up today. I'd probably recommend calling up beforehand if you get the email just to ensure they actually have it there waiting for you (jbhifi JBL headphone deal has scared me for life lol). Plus also check they have actually given you the nest mini not the home mini.
