Disclaiming it doesn't absolve anything, you've given a forum to abusing the company's good intent.
Firstly Ozbargain isn't profiteering off this post, secondly Windscribe's held this same offer multiple times already, even offering $60GB twice before.
If they wanted to add country restrictions on the code they would, they've stated before they're able to offer these free promos because they don't spend tons of money advertising like other more well-known VPN companies do.

It's a real cop out to leave this deal up with this note about "using your own informed judgement" linking to a tweet from the company asking you not to be an ass. I am sure if they could find a way to limit it to Belarus that wouldn't endanger the people they are trying to help they would implement it. How about OzB moderators and the author of this deal use their own informed judgement and help them out?
