      I’ve never backed anything before but I got one of the last ones. Doesn’t seem to be a performance upgrade over the V11, but the replaceable battery and charger seems pretty killer. The price is $50 lower than the V11 too.

    Appreciate any advice re long hair ~ My gf has long hair and lots of it and my Dyson V6 just can't handle it.

    Am I best to avoid anything with a rotating head and stick with the old fashioned flat head? This has got to be a big problem for a lot of people.

      Recently bought a soft roller head for a different brand vacuum as the carpet roller head got absolutely destroyed due to my gf's long hair…
      So yes, you're not the only one.

      In saying that, still waiting for this V9 to come back in stock just for the extra power.

    Very disappointing on delivery. Ordered on 24 Oct still haven't shipped. They only printed Auspost label from the system and sent a notification to me.

    Did anyone else have issue with their V9?

    Mine constantly fails restart if I pull the trigger quickly, this was never an issue with my old dyson. This makes cleaning clothes and upholstery nearly impossible.

    I just had a chat with Australia Post and they've indicated that the item hasn't been shipped, only a label has been generated. @Gearbite, could you please follow up with this as it has been over 2 weeks, and for the item to not actually be shipped is extremely poor service.

    Mine hasn't posted yet either, ordered October 24th. If Gearbite is going to sell stock they don't have and not ship it for weeks they should be banned from OzBargain. It's not on.
