      Would of been much better to be upfront and tell everyone there're delays due to overwhelming demand then keep quite and get everyone to chase it up with Australia Post.

  We still havent recieved ours, we also bought the Mi one off the other seller, it came in 2 days.

  Emailed gearbite support on the 6th, they said they would look into it and never got back to us

      Just got an email back from your "support" about how its all a missunderstanding and just because you give a tracking number doesnt actually mean you've sent anything.

      This looks to me like a pre-order, not a sale. i.e. we pay today, you take our money then go buy they items and ship them when they come. If thats the case it should be made clear at the time of sale. You shouldn't just take the money and hope no one notices for nearly a month.

      On the same day I actually ordered the Xiaomi Mi 1c from Mobileciti on the same day as this (before you posted your post), when your's came out i aranged for my sister to buy the 1c because your dreame model suited me better. Short version is, the item from Mobileciti arrived in 2 days, the item from you guys is now inching towards a month. And you tell me "its a missunderstanding, please wait another 5 business days"

      HAVE YOU ACTUALLY SENT THE ITEM? DO YOU ACTUALLY HAVE STOCK?

          @Gearbite: One of two things is true:

          1. Auspost is messing up shipments for quite a few on this deal, OR
          2. You haven't actually sent all the vacuums, or someone in your warehouse is telling you that and they haven't actually sold them

          I think it's more like 2. Becuase it's been weeks now, can you please ship all outstanding orders via express post immediately or refund people. You make a lot of money through Ozbargain deals and a poor reputation will cost you those deals, people remember the experiences they have had with sellers.

          If you make this right for people who are still waiting by shipping via Express Post then everyone will remember that you did the right thing, otherwise people will remember to avoid Gearbite in the future. The best thing to do at the moment is to be completely transparent about what is going on, when they shipped, if they have all shipped. This is the best time, probably the only last "good" time, to admit that they haven't all shipped, and that you're going to ship the remaining ones via express post. Becuase if you keep saying they have all shipped, but tracking shows that they haven't and there is no traction, I will probably process a chargeback with my card provider, as many other people in this thread will do as well.

          So let me ask again. Have they all shipped yet? And if they have shipped, what proof do you have that they have?

  I emailed your support email this morning, you replied telling me it was a "misunderstanding" and that a tracking number doesnt actually mean its been shipped. When that is EXACTLY what a tracking number it meant to mean.

  I replyed to your email, you then never replied further.

  This is after I already enquired as to where the product is on the 6th of this month and you lodged a Customer enquiry with australia post.

  Now you keep sending me PM's on here asking to deal with it there, but your customer service has already given me the run around via email. Its pretty clear to me that the only reason i'm getting any responce from you at all is because im speaking in a public forum, and if i had continued to handle this privatly and quietly id get no responce of any sort.

  My order number is 7964, Lets deal with it all out in the open where everyone can see.
