    Hi Does anybody know how the carpet head will be on hardwood. We only have hardwood floor and the soft head one seems to be sold out.

      It'll perform adequately but it won't have the same smoothness the hardwood head gives the floor.

    But I got the order mixed up, I was suppose to get the combo heads, and soft head for him..

      My battery is on its way out after 10mths of moderate use it seems. Only charges a Max of 1 led indicator (1/3rd).
