Hello OzB, Dell has brought us an amazing deal and is kicking off their Black Friday week with the S2721D @ $219.65. This is the cheapest price ever. There will be 1500 units up for grabs. This is a great monitor as a secondary for office tasks or even casual gaming, pairs nicely with the S2721DGF, I have both and love them.

Deal will go live @ 6pm (AEST) / 7 pm for Melbourne and Sydney (AEDT) / 4pm for WA (AWST) / 6:30pm (ACDT).

      I'm having some issues as well, my order was dispatched on 26 Nov with no update on tracking after that. It finally said "On Board delivery" yesterday and its now gone back to "In Transit"

        From what I've gathered through countless calls to StarTrack and emails to Dell is that Dell made some mix up with mine and someone else that lives near me or has ordered the same item (someone here for sure hahaha)

        The parcel was signed by someone under a different name, however records indicate that it was delivered to my address and the geo locator that star track uses has confirmed that the driver was on my street but the tracking on the StarTrack website says it was sent to another person.

        The investigator has confirmed it was some sort of mix up because that person ordered the same monitor as me but the label has my address on it?

        I'm not too sure, its just been a headache and I feel like i've done everything in my power to solve this. hopefully it gets resolved before the peak season for the postal companies

      It seems like an issue more orientated with startrack. If they delivered to the wrong person they're obligated to rectify that but I'll look over the info and see if I can assist you.

      Stop bugging Dell haha, customer support just follows the ETA system, it doesn't account for the specific shipping organised for these deals, reps are trying to help you but don't have the specific info to do that, trust my eta.

    Does anyone know if the New NB F80 Monitor Desk Mount works with this? https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B071HWSGPN apparently it is not suited for Recessed VESA mounts.

    I'm not sure if I would call this a recessed mount?

        I ended up buying the h80 as the f80 wouldn’t arrive before Xmas. H80 appears to be good for recessed vesa.

    Still waiting for delivery.

    StarTrack has normally been OK, but Dell used the cheapest and missnamed "Express" service.

    Further, they blame Dell for not giving customer contact data, so customers cannot be notified of imminent delivery.
    So package gets sent back to the airport (NOT local post office) , and I'm still waiting for them to call back and maybe try again some day to deliver.

    Dell delivery is the worst :-(

          Below is my experience of this purchase.

          Ordered 18/11, expected to have the monitor by 20/12 as said in OP. It's almost time (18/12) and all i've had is radio silence from Dell, with no indication of delivery happening soon, so i make the comment above. Dell rep responds to post, and i send a dm (20/12). I've got my monitor now (30/12), but still, no information from dell ebay or from dell rep here (no response to dm).

          Now I've got the monitor, there are minor scratches on the screen that i can see in the light. I know this because its the same scratches i made when i dropped another monitor trying to vesa mount it. Quiet disappointed. Dell did not hit the deadline in OP, had close to 0 contact except for an order confirmation and invoice on the day of delivery, and the monitor came scratched.

          Of course, there are people out there with better experiences from the deal on this post, but above is what i went through. Not my favourite experience.
