Hello OzB, Dell has brought us an amazing deal and is kicking off their Black Friday week with the S2721D @ $219.65. This is the cheapest price ever. There will be 1500 units up for grabs. This is a great monitor as a secondary for office tasks or even casual gaming, pairs nicely with the S2721DGF, I have both and love them.

Deal will go live @ 6pm (AEST) / 7 pm for Melbourne and Sydney (AEDT) / 4pm for WA (AWST) / 6:30pm (ACDT).

        I'm guessing there'd be at least 500 on here that disagree with you, and are grateful to those who post (and even help arrange) these kind of deals on here, and would prefer those that complain when they miss out to rack off. We don't want to discourage those who contribute on here. It isn't hard to check the comments, which pretty clearly stated that there was still a heap of stock available at the originally stated time.

      There was 500 released early then another 1000 released right at 4pm WA time. Sadly its all done and dusted now I'm afraid, they sold out by about 4:04 WA time.

      I mean, we can't control how fast people choose to buy. Yes we did have a timezone glitch, but we secured actually 1100 units still for live time. Sometimes situations are unforeseen and unfortunate, but we did our best to give fair notice and hope that everyone gets one. I'm sorry you missed out, so did others, hopefully you can nab another deal on our 20th and 27th Black Friday deals!

    In 2014 I bought this 27inch 1440p Asus monitor - https://www.asus.com/au/Commercial-Monitors/PB278Q/

    I just bought one of these for my office. I'd like to use the nicer screen for home use.

    I presume this dell display is better than the asus one from 2014, but am a complete noob on comparing the two.

    How do they compare?

    @LiMaaa - I'm not sure if you will be able to help me, but I really messed this one up…

    In my excitement I rushed an order through and forgot to put in the coupon code. I went back and checked and there were 700 left so in my infinite wisdom I decided to cancel my order and reorder with the code, but when I re ordered they had sold out…

    I have sent a message to Dell asking if it would be possible to uncancel my order and apply to coupon retroactively. Any chance you could put in a good word with the suppliers for me?

    Cant believe I managed to screw myself twice with this promotion!
