Hello OzB, Dell has brought us an amazing deal and is kicking off their Black Friday week with the S2721D @ $219.65. This is the cheapest price ever. There will be 1500 units up for grabs. This is a great monitor as a secondary for office tasks or even casual gaming, pairs nicely with the S2721DGF, I have both and love them.

Deal will go live @ 6pm (AEST) / 7 pm for Melbourne and Sydney (AEDT) / 4pm for WA (AWST) / 6:30pm (ACDT).

        Op, I've connected monitor to my laptop via HDMI cable, but the screen is 2048x1080, there is no option for the 2560 x 1440, is anything wrong with my setting? or HDMI cable? Thanks

          You should be able to do 1440p granted your laptop supports it. If possible try it on another pc or laptop and if you have that resolution option it means the limitation is within your laptop.

    Anyone knows why I don't have the 75hz option? I went to Nvidia Control Panel and only see 60hz option… My graphic card is GTX980TI, and I'm using the HDMI cable comes with the monitor.

    Received the monitor today.
    Has anyone been able to get 1920x1080 @ 75hz? it looks like the max refresh for 1920x1080 is 60hz.

    I can max refresh for 2560x1440 is 75hz though

      I was able to choose 75Hz using HDMI. I have a GTX1060 3GB. You can Google how to set it. In Win 10, settings, display, advanced, choose "display adapter properties", then "List all modes". I then scrolled down and selected 1440p, 75Hz.

    Has anyone also received an email advising of a delivery date change?

    Thank you for your recent order with Dell. We are working to ship your order as quickly as possible. The delivery date for your order to arrive has been updated to jan. 06, 2021.

    Before this I had an ebay order update email on 26/11 advising of expected 27th November delivery. Nothing arrived 27/11 and then I just received the updated email. I'm very disappointed if this is the case…

          Can I ask how you managed to reach the website in that image? I've only got a a 32 number and a 26 number, and entering those numbers on the Dell website tells me the order isn't found (or similar wording).

      If you go right now to dell.com and order this exact monitor, it has a ship date of 25 days, which still arrives before the New Year.

      Obviously we are low priority customers for dell.

      If you have DP on your computer, and can access a DP cable easily, then that may be the easiest fix for your problem.

    Hi all,

    So like some recent commenters of this deal, this morning, the Dell Order Details page updated with a revised delivery date of 6 January. A bit of a bummer, but I just shrugged it off. Just now, it seems the page has updated again and my monitor has shipped via StarTrack. StarTrack's tracking page suggests that I'll be getting delivery tomorrow.

    My advice to those who've had their shipping estimates pushed out is to wait and see if you get updated shipping information in the coming hours.

    Just got mine, thanks LiMaaa - no dead pixels on both and a massive upgrade from my old 1080p's! To anyone using MacOS, go into settings>displays and set the refresh rate to 75Hz if it isn't already (mine was set to 60 by default).

    Just got mine, plastic is a little cheap and thin and the bezel join particularly on the top is….well, not joined correctly (kinda has a wave along the top). One thing that is weird to me is the screen has a black border around the top and sides, why have no plastic bezel if you are just going to have a bezel under the screen anyway? It's very weird.

    Anyway, the picture is perfectly fine and this was an absolute bargain. Thanks LiMaaa!!!

    Online tracking lists delivery rejected?¿ There was someone home all day!
    No card left …called to find out and was advised to contact dell for redelivery… couldn't lock in a time other than between 8am and 5pm.. ended up collecting from depot 30 mins away to avoid another missed delivery
    Get to the depot and couldn't locate the item… customer service average bordering on rude .
