Heyo, Dell Black Friday deals are back, have the S2721Q and the S2721QS (height adjustable variant). Both at their cheapest prices ever. Both monitors are the same 4k UHD and confirmed to have HDCP 2.2. The difference between them is QS has a much more versatile stand, whilst the Q only has tilt(not an issue if you vesa mount). For this deal we have 1100 units on the Q and 1400 units on the QS.

      Wait for Q1-2021. Acer has the XB323QKNV and Viewsonic have the XG320U coming out soon. 4k/144Hz/GSync compatible, and the Viewsonic will have HDMI 2.1

          Pretty steep for $999 for a 60Hz 4k panel…There's a bunch of 32-inchers slated for next year, might be worthwhile waiting. Philips 328M1R (VA) and Viewsonic XG320U (IPS) are both confirmed to have HDMI 2.1

    Manged to get one, would have preferred the 1440p but essentially as this is just a second screen on my gaming machine and is usually for media I think this works.

      Scale it to 150%. Same size of icons and text as 1440p and most apps run just fine, but you get the clearer text of 4k cleartype with Office etc

        Yup, that is the plan. More concerned on the impact it will have when gaming on my main screen (1440p, 165hz) with the second screen running, I know it will not be big but don't want to put the trusty old 1070 under too much pressure.

            @burn4me: I think you will be fine with a 2070 super, however a bit of a balancing game with some of the newer games on the market to find that balance between quality and performance on my 1070.

            I am not worried about my normal vice (Dota 2) as it can run on a potato, but I suppose if I am playing something newer I can just turn off the second screen.

      From Dell? Same. Dell usually use LG panels, and they have equivalents to LG monitors (e.g. 34GN850 = AW3420DW, 27GL850 = S2721DGF and so on) but the 27GN950 (4k/144Hz/GSync) has no Dell equivalent as yet

        Looks like a little bit of stabilisation, could the QS be running out of a little oxygen? The Q is approaching its halfway mark out of 1100, but the QS still has a massive headstart and is at 60% of its 1400 totals…

        In all of this, LiMaaa deserves a lot of credit. This deal has more legs than any Dell deal done so far, and the prices are unseen in the market. LiMaaa is the real MVP!
