        Depends how big or small the company is, and also customer service has direct impact to marketing. Without a good customer, marketing is meaningless.

          Must’ve been a replay. 😂 TBH, I have been having a good experience with wireless1 in the past. That’s for sure, just not for this instance. Also to be fair, if they could receive payment and sell their products on the weekends, customers would also expect for customer services for the weekends too.

            @AussieGargain: Heh.. Mate until a week or so ago I worked for a retail company with 500mil turnover and 10-15% profit and they only in the last year or so had weekend CS (Saturday only) … I'd never expect a small retailer to even contemplate it…

You are not making phone order you know. Also just because a part of business might be working during weekend does not mean the rest are.

    I have the USG + cloud key + Switch Pro 48 PoE at the moment.
    is there any good to upgrade to UDM Pro ?

      USG maxes out at 85mbps, the UDM-PRo can handle 3.5gbps. If your set up is working for you there isn’t really a compelling reason to move across.

      If UDM Pro had POE and docker it’d be easier to justify.

          No worries mate. Unfortunately the only FHD model for G14 in AU comes with the 1650Ti, everything else (1660Ti, 2060) QHD which is obviously not ideal. What was ASUS thinking?
