  To get to live chat did you click on the link of a person in a circle at the bottom right of page? There is 2 links to get to a live chat and it seems like the other one is asking for IMEI number etc. I just got in and they gave me one basically as soon as I mentioned wanting to buy an S21

I managed to get through just now after waiting for about 30 minutes. Didn't have to do anything special. I told her that I am looking to buy a S21 or iPhone 13 mini and was told that you might be able to give me a promo code to help buy the Samsung. She asked me to wait and came back with a code. Looks like the code is generated by another team and the chat team just provides it to us. I tried to get a second code so I can share here but was told to start a new chat. haha

For people wanting to get a code, apply in chat and ask for the Samsung Loyalty Code and say you are buying/upgrading to the S21. It appears they are giving out 100 dollar codes (though these do not stack with the newsletter promo apparently - can't verify since I don't have a newsletter code yet).

Just placed an order for a 128GB S21 for $369. Even if I get charged the admin fee, works out to $429 which is still insane.
Pretty amazing deal, picked one up for the Mrs as she has an S9 which works fine but she wants a better camera.
S9 can probably be sold on marketplace for about $200.
Now to see how long it actually takes for this phone to be sent!
