        LOL, wait until you get the goods first before complaining to PayPal! ;)

        I don't actually care about the 45c; it's the principle of the thing that bothers me. They're imposing a 1.5% surcharge on all PayPal transactions through their site, when that is expressly against PayPal's rules. I also can't stand surcharges in general, because it makes price comparisons more difficult when most vendors don't impose them and otherwise factor transaction fees into their prices.
