Trade-In Process:

1. Purchase a surface device from above at the Microsoft Store
2. Get an online valuation of your old device to trade in
3. Upload surface purchase details
4. Send your old device in
5. Receive the valuation amount back into your bank account
6. Receive your new surface device

iPads 2, 3, 4, and 5 give a high valuation compared to most other devices for some reason, I think it has to do with purchasing these specific surface devices because purchasing anything else drops the value significantly.

  Ok I was really getting annoyed. Sent an email and was just rambling and telling them they said 7 days then they said 14 now
  It’s over 14 blah blah blah if they do not pay me within 24 hours going to raise query with Microsoft who will then contact them and start an escalation to get it addressed why not just refund me ….I think I just wanted to let Off steam. Then the next morning in my PayPal account they sent the money through. Finally drama over. :)

  Just want to come back to confirm that I have received funds today.
  There's been back and forth between Microsoft but nothing from Cexchange, until I received the funds today.

  Received funds into paypal account 14 or so days after they confirmed would be 7 days. Only after escalating with Microsoft themselves.

    I just received mine, 24 days after receiving the email it would be 7 days. I had to escalate to Microsoft too

      Also got mine, 25 days after its email of "payment in next week", and half day after BBB sent me a case number.

      No email from CEXChange or Microsoft about the late payment complaint, neither status update from its website.
      Microsoft deserves a much better trade in partner.

      Anyway, thanks Microsoft's $400+ support for me to buy my next Apple product.

  Payment received on Nov 20
  2 emails sent to CEXchange within 1 week before the payment received without any reply from them.
  Finally the waiting is over.
  Good luck to anyone who is still waiting and remember that Microsoft has 60 days return policy for their product as per my last checking.

      I don’t think so. Contacted them and got the return label. Once the Paypal payment withdrawal is in my bank account I will proceed that return.

      I don't think the order with CEX and MS are linked, MS even needs to email CEX to follow up the payment.
