Just received a $10 voucher because my birthday is definitely in December. Each voucher lasts for 28 days after the issue date and can be used for pretty much anything in-store or online.
Please refer to the previous post for more information.

Please note: If your birth month has passed or you’re adding your birth month within the same month then you will not get your Birthday Perk until next year.

    I wonder if I should fudge my details and claim that it's actually in November though to take advantage of all those Black Friday deals next year.. 😏

        So you mean staff will ask you to provide proof when using the voucher?

        My experience about the normal $10 voucher is that staff will just scan it without checking anything. But maybe this birthday vourcher is special, I don't know…

      For click and collect you can nominate a person to pick up on your behalf (e.g. wife/husband). The person collecting must show photo ID only. In this way there is no link to the ID of the person that placed the order with the birthday promo.

      Additionally, posted items have no chance of checking actual birthday.

      The birthday once set on an account seems to be set permanently. In that way, every perk account gets one $10 birthday credit per year, weather or not it is your actually birthday is likely irrelevant.

      Make sure you’re logged into their perks program and not just their website in general. There should be an option to add your birthday that way

    Where do you enter your DOB because i see no where in my account to enter it under the account details?. It's only name and mobile phone number and that's it. All i know is that i opened the account years ago.

        I just joined the perks program and i was sent a welcome email with a $10 voucher which is good for a month.

        So it seems that those who haven't joined up get a $10 welcome voucher sent too.

      I just found about this after having the same issue. You need to join the perks program to even get it. Also you get emailed a $10 welcome voucher email straight after joining the program.

    So if you haven't joined already, do it before your birthday month and when you're about to make a purchase.
