The trade-up app won't let go through, as i can't select my address in the drop down menu. Stupid app.
I can't believe you have to do this, but if you go into the Display > Font size and style > Font size and increase it all the way to the max, it seems to make the dropdown boxes big enough to click on, but only if your suburb or address gets spread over 3 lines. Only way I was able to get it to work.

I have been using s21 and mrs is using s21+ for last two years - quite a few issues - network problem (works when using different mobile) and mobile not restarting. It seems the issues goes away when you factory reset (and therefore not covered by warranty) but it means reinstalling all the apps. Time to move to iphone!
The need to perform a reset once in a while isn't entirely uncommon, regardless of whether it's a Samsung or an iPhone. If you're looking for reasons to switch, go for it, but go in expecting the iPhone to be bug-free for its service life and youll be disappointed.
You can also trade-in samsung galaxy watch and it does work when buying s23 ultra.

I went through the hoops and eventually pulled the trigger with jbhifi because they were offering about 900 for my s22u versus Samsung, which was 715$
Samsung claims I bought a phone, reneged on sending the phone in, and charged me the charge of the trade in plus admin fee.
Called, they didn't do shit but promised the moon. Basically one month after this now. Then contacted my credit card company, explained situation, told the Samsung is in the wrong and they erroneously charged.
Big headache.
Learn from others mistakes.
Don't order custom coloured phones from Samsung. It'll have a delayed order and you can't cancel the order
Don't order or submit a trade in unless you're certain about the trade in, specifically, don't input your trade in code into the cart unless you're absolutely sure you're ready to pull the trigger, because Samsung's website is flawed and buggy.
How does a company with such piss poor service survive in the commoditised world of android phones?

I read lots of unpleasant stories with Samsung trade-ins. People sending their flawless phone for trade-in and got rejected saying the phone was "misgraded". Credit card will subsequently be charged and they lost the bonus offer.

It's tied to the email that signs up to the promotional emails. Also, when I just signed up for promotion emails a couple of hours ago the code was given immediately on the actual website and was not emailed to me, so I think once you click off the page it's gone. I'd sign up with email alias to get it again.

I know if you don't send the phone you're supposed to trade in, they charge you for the value of that phone + an administration fee, but do they charge you back the $800 bonus trade in as well? Happy to pull the trigger if I just loose the value+admin feeYou will just get charged the trade in value of the phone and the $60 admin fee.

Yeah wasnt working for me either. Contacted support, they said they would escalate since a few have the issue and to try again later.
They also suggested uninstall, reinstall the trade app and redoing it, that didnt help either.

All S series devices since the S22 have been Snapdragon. Although the Snapdragon in the S22 series were VERY inefficient.
It's pushing me to upgrade because of how hot it gets and how bad the battery is.

The $50 voucher is working for me now but doesn't stack with the loyalty voucher. It accepts the code but doesn't impact the price.
You can email [email protected] to get the code. If you're trading in just mention that so they can generate the code stacked for trading-in
@devize I saw it that, happened to me too. Just remove the code and apply again it will stack, otherwise try a different code order
