@Mregmi: I haven't gone through to the final step yet due to hoping for a bonus $500->$800 code still, but once we had selected online and provided credit card details on app it accepted the ID, in the first step at least. Went from saying "… not available … " to "Correct".

Create the trade in code but everytime tried, it say not available try again later.

i tried chatting with multiple agents already, they just keep asking what phone im looking to buy and i said s23 ultra and they said oh the 100$ is not applicable for the s23 range, should i say looking for the s22 then? but the code might not work when used for s23 later :(. 100$ off is so hard to find now
@biubiu00: I just got the $100 voucher. The method that you do this is, to use an iphone or apple device, and contact support, saying that you are using an iphone and are looking to upgrade to s23U. Ask for any discount/promos on the product.

Got mine for $1303. Some say they got the $50 newsletter code to stack but it didn't apply for me even when it accepted the code.
Should be $2249-$800-$224= $1225 even without $50 code and trade up value?
No the 10% is after the $800 and trade in discount.
2249-800-1= 1448*0.9= $1303.2

For anyone that doesn't have a $50 newsletter code, looks like samsung has update the way they are issued
instead of entering email address and waiting for it to be emailed(which more often than not, never came) you simply just put your email address and you are issued the code on the website where you can just copy and paste the code.

-you can enter as many email addresses as you like to get however many codes you like, if you enter the same email address twice you will just get issues with the same code.
-despite it saying you need to be signed in to the same email address, you dont. The codes work even when not signed inHopefully helps a few people who are taking advantage of this trade up deal as the codes stack.

In my case the $50 discount worked at checkout page, but when you're about to pay it will remove the discount if you're not signed in to the same email address as the one used to generate the code

the way to get $100 code is chat with samsung via your iphone and say you are switching from iphone to samsung and they will give you the code. Tried with Android and Windows they didn't give me but the rep suggested me to message via iphone haha

They will tell you it doesn't (make sure you tell them you want to buy a s22) but it does!
For the $50, I realised when I entered my cc details that the price went up by $50, so I went back to my cart, deleted the $50 code, added it again, and it stayed on until checkout :)@FrenchFrie: I just called them and apparently it doesn't work with the $250 evoucher for random stuff from the website, was that the case for you as well?

For anyone who wants to cancel a tradeup code and speed up the refund of the security chargeWas under the impression that you lose your trade in bonuses if you cancel the trade up after ordering, can anyone confirm? Thought way to go is to let them charge the trade in amount + $60 admin fee for not returning phone, and sell phone privately?
If you cancel yep I would say there is a chance they could change your order.
The only way would be to not send device and then get charged your tradein value + $65 non return free. You won't lose the $800 bonus trade in offerIn my case i had a few trade in codes but only used one in the end. Yet was charged 3 x security charge for all of them
