      My amex blocked it and then I got a sms to verify it was me rather than a fraud. I reported it was me making that transaction then try again and it went thru.

      It must be their system error. I put 2x $250 GC before 9am, and checked out at 9am for $462.6. I then received tax invoice in 2 mins.

        Called twice. Got transferred to a senior after having a frustrating conversation with the junior. Said will send to headquarters and investigate… Hopefully it will work out well. I got all the screenshots. Maybe need to do a screen recording next time…

    my spidey senses (although no where near as good as WMs) are saying we have a physical round next week so think Ill chill and wait till the rush is over and you all test out the pathways for redeeming :)

      The problem with physical cards promotion is, you've to look for stock.
