  I've had one for a couple of years now. Very happy with it.
  Install is easy if you have the details of your opener and know where to connect.
  Using with Google and works well. The notification for overtime is great. We used to inadvertently leave the door open overnight, with the overtime warning it pings your phone to tell you it's still open.

    Yep the amount of times I left home and thought "Did I close it?"

    So nice to know the status and remotely open with Assistant too - don't need to leave home with a key now.

  it has opened garage itself twice this year . Log doesn’t say how it got triggered. If triggered via app, then it shows as -ios. Not sure issue is in the device or Apple integration.

  Stopped recommending after the incidents.

    Have looked at these for a long time. But our greatest fear… it opens the door in the middle of the night or day while we're not home.

    It works reasonably well for me using Alexa when I am inside the house. The Meross app itself works without any issues. However, the Apple homekit isn't working well. Whenever I am in the if I ask Siri to open or close the door, it says that the door is not responding. However, it works perfectly with Meross app, but no voice control via meross app.

  I read the instructions but am still unsure whether it will work on B&D MPC-3 MKII.

    I bought another brand one and they just complete the circuit across the two terminals. I just tried bridging a couple of terminals until I found two that when bridged open/close. If you have two that do this, that's where you plug this in.

    Ps, I take no responsibility if you somehow short your motor with this method, I have no idea if this is possible.

  Do any of these come with a sensor to be really sure if it’s up or down?
