    great price on the 900

  • -1

Great price, given GST was charged. It's a shame, you guys dont sell Note 2..

    • Hi Ahan

Note 2 not avaliable in AU Market yet, only grey import stock.

      • -2

Yeah. I am aware of that but I can't wait. I have to have a phone..

        • +28

          First World problems…

    • unique mobiles had the 32gb gs3 for 559 (or was it 549?) either way it was cheaper and also AU VARIANT

      • +1

Not cheaper if you can claim GST/TRS. No GST charged by Unique Mobiles (HK) on that.

        • not everyone claims TRS or GST u noe, just sayin

        • I'll claim the GST back and buy you a new keyboard :p

Local stock, 24 month local warranty guaranteed and a bricks and mortar store has some value in my eyes.

Hi, the deal is eligible for pick up in store right?

      Yes, yes it is.

      • Cheers Mate

  • Does anyone know if any of these Lumia phones will get upgraded to Win 8 phone? Also, what band do you need for the Optus network? 900?

    • these will not be upgraded to windows phone 8. optus runs on the 900

    • +3

No, they will get 7.8 however

  • No PS3 ?

  • +1

id snap up the samsung galaxy s3 4g if you guys could get the price closer to kogans :)

    • +11

Kogan has it listed for $749 with 1 year warrant (Gray import supplied via Kogan) vs MobileCiti which have it for $788 with 2 years warranty (Local AUS supplied via Samsung AUS)

      Seems pretty fair to me?

  • +1

In the last week Kogan has dropped the price on the SGS3 by $10…
    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/80893

So it's a little bit disappointing mobileciti has put the price up by $10 compared to their most recent deal…

    • +3

Kogan = Grey import warranty handled by Kogan for 1 year,
MobileCiti = AUS Stock with Samsung AUS 2 Year warranty

Comparing Grey vs Local is abit unfair unless u dont mind having a 1 year warranty imported phone

      • I don't think it's unfair to compare TRENDS in pricing…
I wasn't comparing ACTUAL pricing or I would have highlighted that Kogan was cheaper ;-)
With the exchange rate reasonably stable, why should one INCREASE in price, whilst the other DECREASES ?
(As it turns out the GS3 is the same price again, but the Nokia has still increased)

    • +2

Sorry, its mistake, GS3 price is $568

  • you guys should sell the Sony Xperia Sola :)

The psp for $138 is expensive for what it's worth. There are hardly any 'good' games you can find brand new for this platform. Not to mention the only good PSP games are getting or are already remastered for the PS3 e.g. Kingdom Hearts BBS and Metal Gear Solid.

In addition, there have been many deals in the past that sold the 3002 model for cheaper:

    2012:

    David Jones (January 2012) $49.95:
    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/61202

    DSE (March 2012) $40 (PSP3002 Standalone) or $50 (PSP3002 Bundle):
    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/66808

    2011:

Harvey Norman (June 2011) $129 (PSP3002 Toy Story Bundle) or $129 (PSP3002 Silver + Game):
    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/49394

    Myer (June 2011) $113.40;

Those 2012 deals are clearances dude. You can't expect everyone posting a deal of the same item to be clearing them out. That's a bit unreasonable. I'm willing to bet that stock was very limited for those and only available in select stores. It was unrealistic to even think you'd be able to get your hands on one.

As for the good games brand new, shop online.

great price given au stock although shame no cheaper android devices. Rep, any chance for specials on budget android phone like the sony xperia u?

  • Can you give the same price on the i9300T 32gb?I find my downloads work better on it but im out of storage on the 16gb phone to install games.

    • Can't you go to settings > Apps and then transfer some of the big games you already have installed to SD card, freeing up space for more games?

      • Nope you cant, unless you root your phone. Apps like app2sd can only transfer the really small apps- i have only seen this on this SGS3(dont recall having the same issue on my SGS2.

Mobileciti Rep can you do the same price for the 32 gb i9300T?

        • -5

I found by using the USB OTG Cable Mod: Removed undeclared link you can use you're thumb drive to transfer all music pictures and documents directly from your thumb drive to you're phone. This is excellent if you want to instantly upload to PC rather than get out the USB or take the MicroSD card out.

A bit low, trying to advertise your own website, I think (especially from a power user).

        • of course an ozbargainer would use that as info and buy it from ebay at 99c

  • Id pick up one of those Nokias but I would rather Android over Windows

  • When is Nokia 920 release planned for ?

    • +2

Nokia 920 / 820 release mid-late next month to AU market.

  • Rep, what is the expected delivery time to 3995 if ordered today?

    • Hi

      3-5working days!

  • +2

    Hi OP,

Any deal on the 16GB Galaxy S3?

    • Hi k

At moment Galaxy S3 32GB still better deal than 16GB.

  • Hmm, I'm leaving Perth on thurs, would love to pickup a S3 and claim the tax rebate, no guarantee of 3 days delivery hey? Guess I miss out this time.

    • You can go and pick the phone from Paramatta apparently.

      • Paramatta is in Sydney NSW, a bit too much hassle to fly from Perth to Sydney =D

      • LOL yes a bit too far, thanks for pointing this out tho :)

  • Great prices on the Nokias, just wish I didn't have my heart set on the 920 once it comes out! \

It is a little strange here that the 610 is going for more than the 710! I actually think the 610 looks nicer, but it's still much more low-end spec wise.

  • Is the Samsung Galaxy Note an Australian stock with Samsung warranty? I am a bit confused with "local factory warranty". What's the best price available for a white one? Cheers.

  • +1

Any idea when the Samsung Galaxy S3 S III 4G i9305 is going to be available in any other colour than black?

    • Hi allyemil

We don't have ETA for other colour yet.

      • Can you beat Techoni's price?

        http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/82099

        • Sorry We can't match "Direct Import" stock.

        • +2

Give it your best shot. You seem to have the best deal on the Blue 32GB S3, imports included.

        • GS3 4G version stock shortage at moment, Samsung supplier won't do any deal.

  • Can S3 update to Android 4.1 in Australia now?

    • For official updates, I don't believe so (IIRC, it's only Korea and maybe the UK so far). If you're otherwise inclined to the unofficial variety, then sure, go for it :-)

Just wanted to say that I bought a Samsung Galaxy s3 32gb pebble blue optus branded handset off Mobileciti.

They were fast and efficient. Although I had some issues with email confirmations everything came through much faster than I expected (it was delivered to my work in Brisbane).

I would buy again from them once the aussie stock samsung note 2 comes out.
