      Thanks legend!

And I'm this guys mate, bought 3

  • +1

    Alright fine I'll get it

    • Thank you for your support!!

  • Any recommended upgrade for photo and video editing?

    • U probs want intel with iGPU for video editing.

    • Replied to your PM.

You’ll need a GPU for intensive rendering tasks, to my knowledge an iGPU won’t cut it.

      • +1

        Quicksync mate.

  • Any chance to launch a 7800x3d build?

    • 7500F only for this system for now.

  • wow this is pretty good for 4k editing?

    • Yes, would be great. Best to upgrade the CPU that your budget allows for better productivity and processing capability.

    • -2

Not really. A 6 core entry level CPU? 32GB of ram? For 4K editing? Nah, man.

This is a gaming machine for people who hope their games don't eat much CPU performance. Or in other words, it's just relying on people recognising '4070 ti super' in the title to sell whole PCs…

      • +1

The Intel Deal has quick sync, and a much beefier CPU. Even the previous generation intel outperforms this CPU. The Intel deal may make a better Video Editing Workstation. Though note that:

        • The intel deal may have poor ventilation
        • On the Intel deal you should probably get another 16GB stick of Ram, for dual channel if nothing else.
        • The gaming benchmarks above are for a 4090. I would guess that that the somewhat weak CPU in this AMD deal could still drive a 4070Ti GPU no problem, so this deal should have better gaming performance than the Intel with vanilla 4070.
        • Yep!

Not sure why people are downvoting me, but as you pointed out - that deal would be far better, once you slap in another stick of RAM.

  • What is the promo price mean in PC parts picker for the MSI motherboard? Is it an OEM version of the MSI B650M Gaming one listed for $312 on the same site?

    • Which site is listing it for $312? I can’t find it locally but I estimate $199 as the closest substitute is around this price. Model is MSI B650M Gaming Wi-Fi.

  • +1

Anything with a 14500-ish at team blue?

    • Negative, not for this month as of now.

AMD just performs better on the gaming market for price to performance.

  • Best around keep up the good work

How did you come up with $309 for AMD Ryzen 5 7500F. I've been using pcpartpicker the last few days including just then and there is no price for that CPU. The only place I've found it was on AliExpress for 236…

    • +6

Price came by deducting $20 on the Ryzen 5 7600 (lowest retail price at $339 last I checked) as that was a reasonable amount for an almost identical CPU but no integrated graphics. Stock is purchased locally and I wish my cost was $236 inc GST… It’s definitely much more.

You are unable to find them locally as they’re not for sale on the retail market. We purchase them in OEM bulk trays with no retail packaging.

    • They have been available for $300 on preorder through retail once before I believe PC Case Gear were selling them so $309 is fair assumption

  • Are there any upgrades that are recommended? And when is the deal ending?

    • I would say PSU if you want 80+ Gold and 6000MHz+ RAM if your budget allows as you will see a small performance boost with faster RAM speed.

Deal will be live until we sell out :).

  • Should the cooler be upgraded if purchasing this system or would the stock cooler do a good enough job ?

    • The cooler should be upgraded to at least an AK400 in my opinion as the stock one really is not too good. It gets hot quickly and is loud.

If you get an upgraded cooler you have more flexibility in upgrading the CPU in future, otherwise, you have to buy both anyway.

  • Is this R5 7500F a good cpu for work, not gaming or video editing?

    • I've replied to your comment on the other thread, its closest comparison would be the Ryzen 7600.
