Telstra is probably a bit big a beast to do the whole 'sorry pricing error. Cancelling all orders' thing. Sure they could, but would probably cost them more in bad PR than just fulfilling the orders

@jay889344: Bit naive to think this way. It's all about money, probably if the lost is amounting to 6 figure then they'll do something about it. But then it also come down to how quickly they respond before goods get dispatched. Telstra is just huge and inefficient probably they can't do much. Not someone more stingy like optus. They don't give a shit about publicity as such.
@lgacb08: LOL naive or from my experience having worked in Supply Chain for one of the large Telcos, have a decent knowledge of the way these decisions happen as well as better understanding than the masses here about actual buy prices for these phones? People assuming they'd be 'losing' millions here are hilarious.
