    Hi guys, I have created a new account and use purchased voucher , already activated 3 services
    when I am trying to activate 4th, all the unused voucher showing

    "Sorry, this voucher has already been used."

      I'm having the same issue. I bought 20 , have used 6 so far, and I'm still waiting for 2 more that I purchased on Saturday night.

        In what way? Six new accounts or topped up single to last 6 months (if even possible) hence checking?

        • You can add all the services to a single account. I bought some one year plans from Ezysim last April. Since they’re expiring in a week, I’ve ported all the numbers to Spacetalk.

          My own data point: Ordered on 24 May night (35GB). Still waiting for the voucher but like many others, I received the order receipt almost immediately

            @illumination: They have disabled all sent but unused vouchers (at least for multiple purchases)
            I would rather call spacetalk's response reactionary lol.
            My guess is they want to replace them with vouchers that cant be used to top up existing services, which is totally fine and fair. Just needs better communication with what they are doing.

          it's a voucher, and you can get an eSim for free or purchase a sim for $4.

          They don't have an expiry.

    • Advertised offer on website with ability to purchace multiples confirmed by CS.

      Complain to TIO

      • They’ll refund you anyway. If complaining to the TIO just leads to a refund, then what’s the point?

        • You can ask for what you bought as it was advertised.

          Plus it costs them money per complaint and they risk a hefty fine for being misleading

            @easternculture: Try and print your tax invoice. Doesn't work, no website found….as per my earlier comment…red flag number 6.

            I received my physical $4 sim yesterday (in a HUGE envelope). But no vouchers.

            These guys will be gone in 12 months or <.

    I was just online with customer service and they were acting like it's the first they have heard of the codes showing as used when attempting to activate them.

    this is a scam, bought one on Sat 24 May, tried today but said - Sorry, this voucher has already been used.

  • If not sorted, will be time for everyone to give them a bad review over on "Product Reviews". Their utter lack of follow-up and communication is shocking and then to cancel vouchers that were already sent is a disgrace.

    Ive submitted a complaint to TIO and Fair trading based on this deceptive misconduct (as the offer was advertised, payment recieved, email confirmation recieved, and voucher recieved then cancelled).

    Also the email they sent is misleading and not true.

    I encourage others to do the same. Only takes a few minutes

    I tried to use my voucher tonight and didn't release they disabled the vouchers. What a scam!

  • I went on live chat and they said that due to a 'technical glitch' the order would be cancelled and they issued a $1 refund on the spot. Very disappointing

      Rubbish excuse. They advertised it with a nice banner and promo page and all and still shows via OP link. Hardly a "Technical Glitch". This is what I'll be asking about i.e.what exact glitch do they mean?

      The Good Guys cancelled my Motorola G75 order and gave the same reason.

      • I bet TGG didn't have promo page advertising it with Banners & Images showing the Promo price embedded. Spacetalk even advertised it on their "Non Promo" mobile plans pages so nothing Glitchy about it at all other than…

        Glitch possibility (guess only) = Perhaps should have been 1 per customer (or order).. The issue I have is that they cancel 100% of them and not even provide 1 x valid voucher for those that ordered multiples..

  • I got they replied to me about my orders, but they said they only refund part of my order(only the $1 sim plan, not the physical sim cards) It is so rubbish!!!!

    • Oh! That's unacceptable. If they wanna refund then refund full order. We didn't cancel the order it's on them. Or give us our voucher to go with the sim. How are we gonna do with the sim only.

    • I got TIO replied, they logged case for me and in the email TIO said they will let Spacetalk to contact to me within 2 weeks, if there is no results after that they will step in.

      I thought it is horrible to only refund part of your orders, and I am sure anyone if do not have esim for this promo they will buy physical sim with the sim plan, if the promo cancelled by Spacetalk why only refund part of the promo deal.

      It is totally rubbish promotion!!!
