    I'm going to guess that this is the same deal as before, so while likely still available I am sure most of us have already taken advantage of it when it was first posted meaning you can't use it a second time.

    Worked for me. You need to sign up for membership THEN complete checkout. If you tick the new membership box during checkout it wont work.

    As mentioned above, the Voucher is Age313 and Pin is 4563

    Nope, not for me either sorry. Entered 4563 and still got the error: "Already Redeemed on 04/03/13 Reference WEB166591" I assume this is for new members who didn't sign up last time?!

    EDIT: Yep, tried emptying the basket, logging out, logging back in, reselecting items and applying all sorts of combos of Voucher numbers & codes but alas it still wont work :( Must be for new members signing up today, not for existing members who signed up and got the discount last time.

      my order has been cancelled! i even paid a bit extra than $20. i haven't received a refund either

      • if you paid by credit card, file a chargeback :)

    • everyone i know received theirs within 3 days

      certainly if your order was >$20 such that you had to pay something extra out of pocket, then you should have received it

    • i emailed them and they said it's taking a little longer cause some people ordered more than once with the coupon to the same address, so they're just gonna cancel those extra orders..

        Yeah called them on the phone about my order from last time on Wednesday and they looked it up and said still processing orders.

        They said they recieved 67 orders just from the one person so that is the kind of stuff they are working on haha!

        After my chat with them I had a order confirmation email come through that afternoon!

        When the lady was like how did u hear about this offer cause your in WA and it was in the Age I just said I read the Age on my iPad going to work as I have a subscription- which of course I don't lol

    For the benefit of others…

    code is Age313 pin 4563.

    Your order summary will have the total but not include the voucher discount. Look for a small box on the right that says the amount you have to pay after the $20 voucher. It's not real clear. I then got the email confirmation with the order summary which still didn't mention if the voucher discount was applied. I had to check my account to make sure the correct amount came out, which thankfully it did.

    On a side note, anyone else think this will end up like the Asus slate thing with HN? It has got that feel to it. LOL.

    • I successfully applied the voucher, and can see the amount to pay after the $20 voucher.
      However, after completing the payment the total amount came out as full amount - no $20 off???

      I tried to follow P3ACE's note above to check my account, it is no difference - sigh… it seems that I got to ring the customer service to either confirm the amount or cancel the order :(

      anyone got this problem?

        DON'T PANIC! The 'total' amount shown INCLUDES the $20 VOUCHER you APPLIED FIRST.
        It is just a form of payment.

        VOUCHER PAYMENT shows at the top of the payment area if it was successfully applied
        & shows how much is still owing, then…
        SECOND - the charge to your credit card for the remainder (if any) - enter details to be billed for that amount.
        If you did those 2 steps (VOUCHER first, confirm it was applied, then pay excess), you did right.
        The invoice emailed shows the total purchase price, not what your credit card will be billed.

        • True! I had a $20.10 bill, and the $20 came off, but the final screen showed otherwise, after I paid the 10c on the visa.

          I then flicked over to internet banking, and there was the 10c charge.

  • Yeah, still waiting for last time. I only ordered a beanie from their last voucher, have not receive it. Not holding my breath on this.

    Edit: seems they jack up the price for the beanie I 'got' last time. It would require me to pay $1 in total instead of $0 last time.

      Thanks - ordered. Have used those for many years, but lost 1.
      Great for long hikes, but you do realise they are sock liners rather than socks?
      Thin coolmax liners to wear under socks to wick sweat from skin.
      That way the outer sock moves on the liner rather than skin & prevents blisters from abrasion.
      They won't last that long as socks - holes will soon appear.

  • Guys be careful - I applied the voucher and it told me I had to pay $5.15 afterwards (which is what I expected).

    However, once I paid with my CC, I got an email telling me I've been charged the full amount of $25.15. Went to "My Account" to check and it said the same thing. Now I don't know whether the voucher has been successful or not.

      the invoice delivered with your order shows how payment was made

      You did pay the full amount - partly with a VOUCHER/gift card.
      This deal was not for a discount, but a VOUCHER for paying toward the total amount.

      proof of what email?

      the coupons were in the age and on the snowgum website as per uploaded here which was used in-store a few days ago by my parents and accepted - their receipt shows the new pin hence this deal :)
