    I made a qualifying purchase from a participating seller. eBay says voucher to be issued on 1 Oct but it is 2 Oct today and I still have not received the voucher what's going on ? Anyone received the voucher yet?

    I purchased from futu online as well.

    Is this dodgy or what

    Sorry if it has been asked before, but is this voucher for one-time use only? I made a 21 dollar purchase, and wonder if I could use the remaining 29 dollars by the end of October?

    Hey all, I just managed to get in touch with eBay about my voucher. You should be able to see a link to your voucher when you hover over "My eBay" on the eBay website. If you can't see it, sign out of your account, and then sign back in. It should then appear. NOTE: I'm doing this on the full website, not the mobile website and it worked.

    I did not receive notification from eBay telling me it was available.

        Use the fullsite, go contact us, keep looking through options that enable call back. I spoke to them on the phone.

    I tried to contact them and they said that Im not eligible for this voucher as my account is registered in the USA ebay... Im here in Australia and I logged on and paid through ebay.com.au. I didn't know I would have to create another account here in australia just to buy this… Very disappointed …

      You can have your account transferred over to Australia for the future if you ask them, I did that a few years back after using a foreign eBay account here for many years.

    Just want to check … you can use this voucher to pay a seller's revised invoice right? Like if you bought something but had to get the postage price changed which changes the total invoice.

    I click the "keep me logged in" box and my voucher still had not appeared by today. I logged out and back in again today and my voucher is now an extra item at the and of the "My Ebay" list.

    I had same issue. My account is always logged in. But I logged in again and it then appeared on the 'My eBay' drop down menu on the right.

    Thanks guys for the tips, logged out and back in again and see the voucher when I hover over My eBay. Turned off my ad-blockers too just in case…
