This thread serves to let everyone know how much you have saved on your 7/11 fuel app.

Step 1: Subscribe to this thread to get email updates. You can change your subscription settings in your Ozbargain account to enable more/less email updates.

Step 2: Upon filling up simply fill in the details in this format:

  • NAME OF 7/11 STORE
  • PETROL TYPE
  • PETROL PRICE

Example:

  • Richlands QLD
  • ULP
  • 111.9/litre

Step 3: Upvote the comment if you found it helpful

There are two "tricks" that can be extremely beneficial as there is a common trend experienced by 7-Eleven App users: 1) If you receive an error processing your credit/debit card, you can purchase a 7-Eleven Gift Card in-store and apply the credits instantly onto the App. 2) You do not need to use the funds on your App to pay for the fuel, you can lock-in the price and pay via Cash or Card at the checkout saving the hassle of constantly topping up, gift cards, etc.

Master131 spends a lot of time creating and maintaining the script at Project Zero Three that we all know and love.

    Isn't this lovely! I'm trying to add funds using a new card and now 7/11 want my drivers license information as well? They're sure as shit not getting that!

    Do they ask for this if you use gift cards bought in store?

      That's crazy! Not many people who downloaded the app to lock in fuel prices is going to give that information …
      They are going to make their app useless to normal people very soon

        I have a new debit card because my old one got blocked (I think). Was trying to add it then that popped up WTF.

        I can't screen shot it but it says "The details you provide us will be checked with the relevant government agency via the Document Verification Service and may also be transmitted to other relevant third party service providers (local and overseas).

        It says in the privacy policy that "We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement agencies and other government and regulatory bodies as required or authorised by law."

          perhaps its to prevent the use of stolen credit cards… If you don't like it, buy a giftcard in store and load it onto your account.

    The cheapest 95 I found was Cranbourne west.
    U95 is 136.8
    U98 is 143.8

    But not sure of Australia wide as the link is down

      I don’t think Melbourne has had a weekly cycle for years. It’s about a 4 to 5 week cycle at the moment.

    The price went up almost everywhere, so this price can be handy for some users, I used my voucher for 98 Unleaded from last week, but locked this one just in case.

    Price lock it and keep it for a week, or fill up somewhere else. I haven't been to the location physically so I'm not sure what's going on.

        if you leave in front of Costco - then yes, I have a membership, but is is 25 km a roundrtip for me. I fuel my diesel car almost always there, but for pertrol car sometimes to lock the price just much easier rather than drive to Costco

    Using Nox on win 10 with modded apk from master.
    I keep getting Unfortunately - 7-Eleven has stopped working. installed new nox player, cleared cache for play store, cleaned storage on android but still getting the same message. Can anyone point me to right direction? Feel free to pm.

    You don't need the modded apk if you are using Nox. Just get the one from the app store.

        The "App store" on Nox is not the google play one.

        Once you search it up, and it can't find, from memory, there's an option to "Search on Google Play Store"

        I prefer Bluestacks in this regard

        Is it possible that you're not running the correct Android version in Nox? You need to run Android version 7 using the Nox Multi-Instance manager. Nox loads up in Android version 5 as a standard. If you're not running version 7 the 7eleven app won't come up in the play store as it is no longer compatable with Android version 5.

    Android users, anyone else having a weird issue where you can do a fuel lock and scan like normal, but as soon as you click offers, the app crashes? I am using the latest version linked a page or two back, and tried deleting and re-installing.

    FWIW I don't go into offers very often, so could have been a couple of weeks since I last tried to go in there.

        I used // to blank out the section where it checks if the details are the same as previously alerted
        It's now working but I get an alert every 30 mins with the same stores.
        Better than nothing though

    I used to be able to use Mock location on android but just tried it now and the app recognised mock location.

    To use it on android, do I need to root the phone?

    Could we possibly have the different methods on the OP?
