        • @apptrack:

Thanks. Looks good except for the ping. Which state are you located in? If you run a speed test to Brisbane does the ping come down?

        • @Spizz: No that's normal for where I live for any provider. Ping isn't a drama for me anyways, mainly stream 1080P/4K from international.

I asked to be moved to Static IP and they said it was possible, but I would be without internet for 24-48 hours. That contradicts what others have said in this thread. Thoughts? Hopefully the switch to static IP improves my speeds.

If you are on FTTN, then yes you will be down for 24 hours to go to their IPoE system.

  • I am a happy customer in terms of the internet. they held up to their promise and fixed the ping delay and the speed by changing to a fixed ip. now getting 62+ download speed at peak hours http://speedof.me/show.php?img=170621121718-385.png
unfortunately my telephone line is not connected yet :(

    • Don't you need to request for it? I have read it somewhere on the website that you need to request for the telephone or else it won't happen.

      • I did. And they said they are on it. Nothing yet.

  • Question for the rep, its still showing as $49 via the link, but when I click I get an invoice showing $69. I know it was until Sunday a few weeks back, but why am I still seeing the $49 as an offer?

NVM, keep clicking, it reverts to $49.

  • Just a follow up to confirm that the Static IP fixed things up.

    Excellent support service.

  • Hi all
i just signed up to the deal, i was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes to be connected.

FTTN, Albion Park NSW. if that helps.

    Thanks in advance.

    • Jeremy said no longer than 2 weeks and it took me 5 days.
I signed up with MyRepublic before but waited for 3 months with many reasons then I have to cancel it.
You should ask him to get you to connect to static IP network.

      • Thanks, still waiting to be connected. But its only been 3 working days so far so not complaining yet :)

The chatbox in their website is very useful, you can check the order status with them. I feel there're only 3 persons in this company but they responded to me very quick.

  • damn… missed the deal

  • I've got a question for Buzz Telco, how long does it take for your consultant to respond to support email or ticket logged via the client portal?

  • Just wondering, Do you guys all get promised credit from Buzz Telco?
