    The fun has began for mobile plans. I got the $180 ( normally $300 ) Lebara ( equivalent to $29.90 plan ) but for 360 day's. 5 Gb data, unlimited talk text MMS plus $5 credit for overseas calls ( that's up to 250 min to some countries which suits me ) on Vodafone 4G per 30 days = $15mth. Upgrade from $8.88 mth with $10 call credit ( each call capped at 46c including some overseas locations ) and 1 Gb data on Vodafone. Looking forward to the next round of offers. If the US can offer ALL unlimited for US$30 mth, we may get a surprise : )

        Normally I would never do or go on contract but could not find any plan for $15 mth with 5 Gb data. I follow this industry as I was in it and now that TPG want to build a network, this won't happen till at least next year. It will be fun times for sure as a consumer : )

      TA updated the deal & removed reference to those with existing accounts being able to get this deal.
      My guess is Yomojo may have been worried by that suggestion. With 1650 clicks they may have more 'new' customers than they expected.

        Yeah I guess so.
        I think Yomojo is a smaller operation than some of the others and may well take a more hands on and personal approach to approving cashback so I'll just stick to the one and not be greedy despite the tempting combination of free + money. Also I noticed another member here had his cashback not approved recently too so it kind of put me off the idea.

    Just realised that both this deal and the amaysim one have my credit card details.

    I don't want them to auto renew and charge my card, but I assume they will without cancellation?

    Now that I have signed up for two deals, definitely have to cancel one!

    EDIT. Just found the 'TURN OFF AUTO RENEW' option in the Amaysim account.
    Man the cashrewards has already been approved for that one, woah that's insanely quick. Woo TA!

    for those looking to try and disable the auto renew before the sim card comes etc, I found you can edit payment details, so I just changed the date and CVV number on mine to a random number so that I do not get charged anymore.

      I'm pretty sure changing your CVV number voids all payment, a SIM won't be sent and you risk not getting paid. What happens if they spot what you've done but can't refund your money because they have the wrong details for you?

      The deal is for 3 months for the $14.90 p/m price, you're not obligated to stay for those 3 months, just don't auto-renew and they won't charge you anymore.

        I suspect even if you disable auto-renew, they'll charge you excess data when you go over the data limit within the first month. Watch out.

      Cashrewards gets money. They probably get $40 or $45 and give us $35. The rest pays for their service.

      Those companies hope to get a few long term customers out of this kind of promotion. Realistically: how many people will forget to turn off auto-renew?

        Quite a lot. And that is how free trials make their money. Some will forget to turn off auto renew and get billed. Some will like it and decide to continue paying for it. Those subsidize the free users who cancel.
