    • Probably 5 business days + 7 days after sending out they cancel the credit that was associated with the voucher code or SIM ID.

      Do you accidentally have a space as the first character of your address?
      I pasted in my parcel locker address, but the space made it spit an error. I removed the leading space and all was good.

    • Bought 2 sims in the last 30 minutes. Both have CR tracking already, though obviously those won't be approved for awhile longer yet.

    • Mine was received within 30 minutes (bought @1hr into deal). I'd say something went wrong so contact CR.

      • Yep, it's tracked in the Click History. I do use Adblock though I popped open an incognito window for the click through, so I thought it would track fine.

      Other family member SIM to be sent. Same issue - system detected 2 orders minutes apart to same address & stopped both!

      So much hassle, because 2 SIMs were ordered by 1 household & both put on hold with no explanation, no email.

      Hope it does qualify for Cashback!

      Orders may not have been considered complete if I hadn't checked, so possibly not eligible for CR!

      So get chatting if SIM has not been dispatched (no email received) in about a day!

      • Same issue with duplicate sim but I only placed one successful order. The first order was unsuccessful.

        • Yes, seems if first order failed, it may not allow second order's SIM to ship to same address. Your case :-(

          As mine was for 2 people at same address, stopping both orders without any notice in 6 days was ridiculous :-(

      No problems activating. My whole screen was greyed out also, but iirc I just had to minimise the chat window or something?

          I've used data only. But I just made a call to home and it's working fine.

  • OK spoke to customer service as no SIM.
    I got "oh yes, you needed to call us to confirm you have less than 4 SIM cards before we can send it out" which is mental as the two emails I received from them where simply an address verification followed by he welcome email saying my SIM is on the way. No request for number of SIMS confirmation although I think it may have been a question when I first filled out the application as it usually is.
    The CS person then tried to manually activate the SIM and number associated with my account which failed as the system wouldn't reconcile them so he has ordered me another SIM (I think) which I am now on hold ~ 10 minutes as he tries to find the number for it so….basically they are cough cough a little less than optimum

    • Poor customer service. No communication when an issue arises. Customer had to contact Yomojo to find out what has gone wrong 🙅

      What's the need to cancel?
      It's prepaid.

      Just turn off auto-recharge after SIM is activated. How to do that was outlined earlier. You could also change / remove CC.

      If you have a need to cancel, chat or contact them.

        Yeh sort of. What was said was that you slide the options to 0 in the plan change page.
        Problem is you can't do that.

        Essentially what they said was you have to contact customer service to do it.

        And as TA said, changing your cc details to invalid ones will void your CR rebate

        The need to cancel is because it's set to auto recharge at a set plan that can't be changed to zero

          True. Was modifying as you posted.

          Question was how people plan to cancel - ie in the future.

          You'd have to be crazy to buy this deal & cancel before Cashback, getting nothing for $15.20.

          Assumed people would realise to leave account well alone until CR had paid out. Just turn off auto-recharge. Always best & had already been posted.

          Can't see the need to cancel a prepaid service & certainly not before you've got full use from it.

          (My SIM still hasn't been sent after 7 days waiting due to Yomojo error posted above, so don't yet have the experience of changing settings yet.)

        • @Infidel: I've turned off the auto-recharge as suggested and also adjusted my CC details so that they're invalid.
          I just want piece of mind that I won't be charged after this first month. And given that it is a prepaid service, we should be within our rights to get out whenever we want.
          The invoice does reflect the '$14.90 for the first 3 months' that got me a bit puzzled.

    Same problem here, no sim at all. Had to contact them and it was because there were 2 sims going to the same address. No notice from them. Just took my money and would hold my sim forever if I haven't chased them up. You'd have to be crazy to continue with this time wasting joke of a telco. I am getting out the second money is deposited in cashrewards. Even after speaking to them to clear up, there's still no sim dispatch email.

      Yes, that's why I posted my experience with this problem above.

      As I suggested, if you don't complain, the order may not be considered completed & may not qualify for Cashback.

      Don't they understand families often buy the same deal around the same time for the same address. Their computer says "No!" 😠

      • I don't have a problem with that, just that they need to contact their customers instead of basically stealing money from them by not providing the service they paid for. Will not touch this company again, and will warn all my friends to stay away.

          But I'm sure it would have been worked out, but there was no need to add this layer of difficulty to simply ordering.

          No problem with their computer blocking multiple sims to the same address, but if they put in the check how can they fail to generate and automatic warning email? That is the problem I have.

          In my case i only ordered one. Just general cluster-forkery by their system.
          No way I would recommend these guys. Its the bit where you have to ring in to find out that they haven't sent your SIM where it goes wrong. Oh and also the bit where the CS person semi berates you for not calling earlier? How was I to know they weren't sending it? Guess I was somewhat distracted by the cheerful email after the sign up process saying the SIM was on the way. Sigh. Anyway, mildy cracking the shits seemed to help despite not really wanting to give a hard time to some schmuck in a call centre overseas.

          The lack of communication just complicates their weird system that blocks valid orders from different people at same address, stopping SIM being sent.

          But a condition for $35 Cashback from CR (the reason for this deal & why we bought) is SIM must be activated within 7 days of receiving it. No SIM, no Cashback.

          In my case Cashback has unnecessarily been delayed by a week due to their system.
