These attach to the end of a pipe to create a clamp. Generally used for glueing up wide boards.

  • Merged from Secondhand Fujifilm XF 18-55mm $299 Delivered
    Go to Deal

Been eyeing this lens for a while and found this today. Good price considering it includes 1 year warranty and 14 day exchange.

    • -1

How much is normally for this secondhand lens?

      • Seems to be around the $300-$350 mark. Considering you get a years warranty and 14 days exchange if you get a subpar copy gives me more peace of mind rather than buying from a private seller.

  • Merged from [PS5] Returnal $50 (C&C Only) @ Target
    Go to Deal

Haven't shared any post for quite a while and saw this as $50 now…
Looks like rougelike game isn't for everyone so it drop to $50 (Purchase that at $70 back then)
Finish the whole game and I do enjoy it and recommend to friends who do like 3rd person shooting.

    • +6

And here I am trying to sell my copy on FB for $60..

      • +1

Still finding my way to platinum…I don't know how many time do I replay all 6 biomes xenoglyph and scout log…

        • +2

I gave up on Platinum. Need 1 Glyph in Crimson Waste and 5 in Biome 6. That 1 Glyph in Crimson Waste just won't spawn.

          • +1

            @Rojohe: I can feel your pain…Only finish the biome 4 one…

          • +1

@Rojohe: I had to run Crimson Waste like 20 times to get the last one (the room with the hand in my case). It helps if you know which one is missing. Each run took me like 5-10 min of just running to the possible spawn locations. RNG can be a PITA.

      • +3

Have you tried a return(al) from the store you bought it from? :p

        • +1

Thank you. I can now leave this comment section satisfied.

        • Well it was from Amazon so…let it be :)

      • +2

        $60 remains a good second-hand price.

Retail prices are not usually this low and hard to get.

A lot of eBay sales are still around ~$70-80. I think you should find buyers at $60 on FB/Gummy, otherwise listing on eBay should get you $70 (sub $60 after fees and post).

      • Basically like half of the used game market.

      • Recently bought from eBay for 70$ LOL

    • +4

Click & collect only, and only 1 store has it in vic…
      No delivery

    • +2

No stock anywhere near me unfortunately.

    • +11

Thanks OP. On my way to Target Waurn Ponds which is a 10-hour drive

      • +1

Apparently it is a 651 hour walk for me.

        • @xenocaust gotta get that step count up

      • +2

An understatement to say I was shocked when I saw your comment. 400m from home. Ordered. Crazy stuff. Not a Target of any note - saw someone say only one store in Vic. When I did a mock order before seemed as if there was stock at Waurn Ponds. I gave up thinking, I must be looking at something in the wrong way - surely can't be that store. Thanks very much :)

      • +4

I am at 1864km. Wanna race?

      • +2

3,380km, should be ready for me by the time I drove 3 days

        • +3

If dealsforlife leaves his house at 2pm and travel 55km/hr.. and Fredfloresjr leaves his house at 1:30 and drove at 65km, and Darksam leaves his house at 3pm and speed 100km/hr.

.. do you think Khabib is the goat of LW?

    • +1

Wow, this game is dropping fast!!! Might pull the trigger soon ;)

      • The game is still selling "well", is just that is a Target Clearance instead of the game dropping fast in price.

As a reference, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity for Nintendo Switch is $15 at Target, and that's a first party Nintendo game.

        • In the past 2 months we have seen $88 then $70 from Amazon. We had $49 from Mwave a few days back and now $50 from target. Sure looks like a downward trend

          • @britta: Considering that the game is 7 months old, it’s a Sony game and we are heading to the BF/Christmas/BD season, it was expected.

    • Now I just need a PS5…

    • +1

      Come on Amazon….

      • 98.15$ is what i am getting. Any link?

        • +5

?? They said "come on Amazon", as in "come on Amazon, price match with Target"

    • The price it should have been from the start.

    • +3

My game of the year so far.

      Such an awesome experience

      • After beating it, I would agree with it…
But back to the time when I was stuck at the 2nd boss for 7 times, I was so upset and was thinking if it is possible to beat it until the luck comes…

    • +1

      All QLD OOS

If anyone finds stock, Target has Modern Warfare (2019) Xbone versión for $4.

      • Do you have a link? Or a pic so I Can price match

        • No link and it wasn't advertised as clearance either, just the regular sticker price of $79 on the shelf, but when I scanned on the price check machine it showed me $4 with the title "COD MW PS4".

Even the receipt says COD MW PS4 $4.

Doubt it will get honoured though.

      • No chance.

      • Haha me too. Am expecting to be refunded, but couldn't help throwing it to chance. Gotta be in it to win it :)

      • Me too… But that makes more than 2 ordered :/

      • Same. Did you guys get an email about order verification?

"This validation process involves a small, random amount- generally below $5.00 which is automatically charged from the credit card that you used to make your purchase."

        • +1

Yeah. It didn't take too long to verify after submitting the value.

          • @CartoonPizza: I used the Revolut virtual credit card, I'm not getting charged a small random amount :(

      • +1

        Price is back to $6K

      • And… it's cancelled.

        • +2

Haha yep me too. Oh well, that was a bit of fun for the evening :)

Cheers, got one. Expecting a refund but who knows

Cancelled but happy it was cancelled quickly.

  • Merged from [VIC] Ex-Display Laptops on Clearance @ JB Hi-Fi (Broadmeadows)
    Go to Deal

Ex-display gaming and Ultrabook type laptops on clearance, some up to $200 off!

    • +29

      up to $200 off

Doesn't sound like a great saving for a device that's been left on for god knows how long. What about battery degradation, keyboard and trackpad wear and screen burn in.

      • +9

Plus who knows how many grubby fingers on it…

        • Maybe even the guy in the photo who doesn't know how to wear a mask correctly.

      • +1

Not all are ex displays. Sometimes its just they might have 1 model left of a discontinued line and they clear it out.

        • I'd rather not play luck of the draw with my computer purchases.

          • @PainToad: That's fair, myself included - but just stating that some might be brand new in box still.

      • +2

        Agree.
Bloody hell, there’s one marked Ex Display and it’s only $50 off!

    • +5

I thought clearance items were supposed to be discounted to a good price to be better than normal deals.
I saw normal deals better than these so called clearance items, what is jbhifi thinking

    • +4

But they have bright fluorescent price tags, they must be cheap!

    • Pretty much all jb's have this.
It's kind of a misnomer, yes they're on 'clearance' but it's dressed up to be better than it is.
Most of the time they're on par with many online retailers - who are selling them new
And even then the batteries on these would likely be cooked.

    • +3

the HP chromebook says "brand new sealed" but top of box is open?

    • +1

the pricing on the picture is not good at all for ex-demo

for example the HP ENVY 360 is $1117 on their website, while the ex-demo is $1397??

      https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/hp-envy-13-ay0095au-x360-…

    • -1

Have worked in their accounts and know they get 1 display model or pretty much everything (TVs, laptops, etc.) for free from the distributors so anything they sell it for is 100 percent margin for them.

8bitdo Pro 2 controller for $57.99 with free shipping, which is a great price I think?

Says "low stock" so not posting as a new deal.

    • These were on amazon for $39 earlier during the week so i think restocks will be a plenty.

    Merged from Casio G-Shock GSTS100G-1A G-STEEL $199.00 + Postage ($0 Prime/ $39 Spend) @ Amazon AU
    Go to Deal

I've had my eyes on a few Casio & G Shock model for going out camping of late and this popped up on Amazons Deal page, seems to be price matching Kogan but i think most people would prefer Amazon AU.

Seems to be around the 300-350 mark at most online stores with the official RRP being 579 at GShocks website.

Would make for a great late Christmas present.

  • Merged from [NSW] Circulon 6-Piece Knife Block Set $49 (In-Store Only) at Spotlight Rockdale
    Go to Deal

I was at Spotlight Rockdale and there was a manager’s sale on the Circulon 6-piece knife set, down to $49 from over $200.

This is the same item elsewhere, also currently discounted: https://www.bigw.com.au/product/circulon-6-piece-knife-block…

I can’t speak to the quality of the knives or the steel used, I couldn’t find any better info than “precision high-quality Japanese steel” but that doesn’t mean anything - these probably aren’t high quality for a kitchen knife, but hopefully 5 knives for $50 is a good deal either way.

I wish I’d had the presence of mind to take a photo of the price, I apologise. I’d get in quick, when I saw it at 4pm Saturday there were 5 left, and who knows how long the sale would last. Spotlight Rockdale is closed now, but hopefully the deal is still on tomorrow when it opens.

    • Only 5 left?

Maybe check posting guidelines regarding quantity.
      Don't want to upset JV.

      • Oh man thanks, I’ll check now.

Merged from [QLD] Monro Gas-Powered Outdoor Pizza Oven $249 @ Coles (Greenslopes)
    Go to Deal

Found this instore at Coles Greenslopes (Brisbane) marked clearance $249 down from $299. Not a huge saving off original price but compared to others I've seen in the market such as the Ooni comparable models it seems a very good deal as they are typically $500+.

I haven't yet cooked with it but I unboxed and the build quality was substantially better than I was expecting for the price. Seems very solid.

If anyone has any experience with the product I'd be interested to hear. Otherwise I'll post feedback in the next few days once I've used it.

There were 3 left at Coles Greeslopes and they were in the area of the store dedicated to random stuff. Not sure if widespread beyond that store.

    • +4

My local had these for $99. Keep an eye out at different stores.

      • +1

Nice. I thought it was a bargain at $249!

      • +2

Yes I got one for $99 and it is absolutely amazing, cooked the best pizza i've ever had. I reckon these come out of the same factory as the Ooni Koda. Was ready to buy a Gozney Roccbox (until they went OOS and cancelled Black Friday in Aus :( ) but really happy to have got this instead for a fraction of the price.
